【正文】 學(xué)院?？飘厴I(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 齒輪軸的加工工藝規(guī)程夾具設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名： 學(xué)生學(xué)號(hào)： 院（系）： 工程技術(shù)學(xué)院 年級(jí)專業(yè)： 指導(dǎo)教師： 助理指導(dǎo)教師： 摘 要 齒輪軸零件的主要作用是支撐回轉(zhuǎn)零件、實(shí)現(xiàn)回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)并傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩和動(dòng)力。齒輪軸具備傳動(dòng)效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊和使用壽命長(zhǎng)等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是通用機(jī)械特別是工程機(jī)械傳動(dòng)中的重要零件之一。齒輪軸加工材料、熱處理方式、機(jī)械加工工藝過程的優(yōu)化，將對(duì) 提高齒輪軸的加工質(zhì)量及壽命有著重要借鑒意義。本文對(duì)某企業(yè)提供的“齒輪軸”零件進(jìn)行了機(jī)械制造工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)和滾齒專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)于工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)和夾具設(shè)計(jì)制訂了一套方案。本設(shè)計(jì)首先分析了齒輪軸零件的作用和加工工藝性，然后進(jìn)行工藝規(guī)程設(shè)計(jì)，最后是滾齒專用夾具設(shè)計(jì)。齒輪軸零件的機(jī)械綜合性能要求較高，一般選擇鍛件作為毛坯。合理安排工藝路線，劃分加工階段對(duì)保證零件加工質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要。使用夾具可以縮短輔助時(shí)間，提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率，保證加工精度，穩(wěn)定加工質(zhì)量，降低對(duì)工人的技術(shù)要求，擴(kuò)大機(jī)床工藝范圍。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是齒輪軸的機(jī)械 加工工藝規(guī)程及滾齒夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。首先根據(jù)齒輪軸，進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)而確定工藝規(guī)程布局，隨后，對(duì)滾齒夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 齒輪軸，滾齒機(jī)，加工工藝，滾齒夾具。 攀枝花學(xué)院?？飘厴I(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） ABSTRAVT ABSTRACT The main function of the gear shaft is to support rotating parts, achieve rotary motion and transfer torque and power. Gear shaft has a series of advantages, such as high transmission efficiency, pact structure, long service life and so on. It is one of the important parts in the general machinery, particularly the engineering machinery transmission. The optimization of the gear shaft’s machining materials, thermal treatm ent method and machining process will have great significance on the machiningqual ity of the gear shaft and the service life. This paper discussed the machinery manufa cturing process planning and fixture design of milling key of a gear shaft provided by a enterprise. As for process planning and fixture design, there were two different plans for selecting the better one. The paper firstly analyzed the function of the gear s haft and its mechanical properties, and then planned the machining process, finally, the fixture design. As gear shaft requires the higher machinery prehensive properties, we usually select the fings as the fing blank. It is very important for ensuring the processing quality of the gear shaft to arrange the process route reasonably anddivide the processing stage. Using Fixture can reduce the auxiliary time, increase productivity, ensure machining accuracy, stabilize the processing quality, reduce the technical requirements for workers and expand the technology range of machine tool.
