編號: 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 題 目: 電熱取暖器控制面板注塑 模具設(shè)計 學 院 : 專 業(yè): 學生姓名: 學 號: 職 稱: 題目類型: ?理論研究 ?實驗研究 ?工程設(shè)計 ?工程技術(shù)研究 ?軟件開發(fā) 2021 年 5 月 15 日 桂林電子科技大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)報告用紙 摘 要 塑料工業(yè) 是當今世界上增長最快的工業(yè)門類之一 , 而 注塑模 是其中發(fā)展較快的種類,因此,研究注塑模具對了解塑料產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有很大意義。 本次設(shè)計圍繞 電熱取暖器控制面板 的注射模設(shè)計展開的, 介紹了注塑成型的基本原理,特別是單分型面注塑模的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理, 利用模具設(shè)計軟件進行設(shè)計及制圖,完成對 電熱取暖器控制面板 注射模具的總體設(shè)計, 首先將塑件進行 3D 造型,并對塑件進行工藝性分析,分析 塑料件的形狀特點、尺寸大小、尺寸標注方法、精度要求、表面質(zhì)量和材料性質(zhì)等因素。 用 Moldflow 進行模流分析,選擇最佳澆口位置,分析壓力降、熔接痕、氣 穴 、翹曲等情況 ,以及對 成型零件尺寸的計算和對注射機的鎖模力、最大注射量、注射壓力、開模行程和模具與注射機安裝部分相關(guān)尺寸的校核。其次對注射成型原理及工藝特性、注射模結(jié)構(gòu)與注射機、塑料制品在模具中的位置與澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、成型零件設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)零部件的設(shè)計、 分型面的選擇、 推出機構(gòu)設(shè)計、側(cè)向分型與抽芯機構(gòu)的設(shè)計、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)等方面的介紹。 在 整個畢業(yè)設(shè)計 過程中 熟悉所設(shè)計模具 的工作原理;熟悉模具設(shè)計軟件的使用,以最快、最優(yōu)的方法完成設(shè)計, 在設(shè)計中我使用 軟件來完成零件造型和模架的裝配,再導入 AutoCAD, 最后用 AutoCAD2021 繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖 ,設(shè)計過程中對各種方案進行比較,并優(yōu)化設(shè)計,配有大量設(shè)計圖片以便更好的領(lǐng)會。 關(guān)鍵詞: 注塑模; 澆口 ; 澆注系統(tǒng) ; 推出機構(gòu) ; 抽芯機構(gòu)桂林電子科技大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)報告用紙 Abstract Plastic industry is one of the fastest growing industrial categories in the world, and injection mold is one of the types of the fast development, therefore, the study to understand plastic injection mold production process and improve the quality of products has great significance. The electric heater control panel design around the design of injection mould to launch, and introduces the basic principle of injection molding, especially the single injection mold parting surface of the structure and the working principle, the use of mold design software design and drawing and the pletion of electric heaters control panel general design of the injection mould, first 3 D modeling plastic parts, and the plastic parts for technology analysis, analysis of the shape of the plastic characteristics, size, dimensions method, precision requirements, the surface quality and the properties of materials, and other factors. Use Moldflow for mold flow analysis, choose the best gate location, analyzes the pressure drop, welding scar, airpocket, warping and so on, as well as to the molding parts and of the calculation of the size of injection machine clamping force, maximum amounts are given, injection pressure, open mold stroke and moulds and injection machine installation part of checking relevant sizes. Next to the injection molding principles and process characteristics, injection mould structure and injection machine, plastic products in the position of the mould and pouring system design, molding parts design, structure parts design, points out the type selection, mechanism design, side parting and corepulling mechanism design, temperature control system is introduced. In the whole process of graduation design familiar with the work principle of the die design。 Familiar with mould design software for use of the fastest, most superior finish design method, the design of the software I use to plete parts modelling and formwork assembly, reintroduce AutoCAD, finally AutoCAD2021 painted a set with mold assembly drawing and parts graph, design process to pare various solutions, and optimize the design, with a large picture in order to better understand the design.
