I 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)主要根據(jù)現(xiàn)代獅跑 SUV汽車的相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)進(jìn)行分動(dòng)器 和變速器 的設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)匹配車型的使用條件和車輛參數(shù)選擇分動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,并按照分動(dòng)器系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)步驟和要求,具體進(jìn)行了分動(dòng)器軸、齒輪等零部件的 相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)工作和 校核工作 , 在對(duì)機(jī)械式 變速器 的 發(fā)展歷史、變速器的地位和作用,以及未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì) 進(jìn)行深入了解的基礎(chǔ)上 研究了機(jī)械式變速器的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和變速原理,對(duì)機(jī)械式變速器各擋傳動(dòng)路線進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析 ,并以此為理論基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)了起亞獅跑汽車三軸五檔變速器,完成了 變速器的布置方案分析、變速器回轉(zhuǎn)件結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的確 定、同步器 設(shè)計(jì) 、各擋齒輪 、 軸的 設(shè)計(jì)以及 強(qiáng)度校核、軸承的使用壽命計(jì)算等。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 分動(dòng)器; 設(shè)計(jì) ; 變速器; 齒輪;同步器 II Abstract The design is based mainly on the modern lion run manually fourwheeldrive SUV vehiclerelated parameters at the design of the actuator. In accordance with the conditions of vehicles and vehicle parameters, in accordance with the actuator subsystem design steps and requirements, mainly related to design work, including the subcenter distance of actuators, bevel gear and other parameters. And a subaxis actuators, gears and other parts of the design and verification of the relevant work. At first, the thesis simply depicted the develop history of mechanical transmission, and it discussed the status and action of mechanical transmission as well as mechanical transmission’s current situation and forthing development trend. In addition, it studied the mechanical transmission’s basic structure and working principle. The transmission operation of every gear was researched. And mechanical transmission of three axlesfive gears in KIA was designed based on above analysis. The layout plan of the mechanical transmission and the parameters of revolving parts were chose. At last, the synchronizer, axles and gears were designed and checked.
