【正文】 Design and Construction of Long Railway Tunnel 特長(zhǎng)鐵路隧道設(shè)計(jì)與施工 摘 要 隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,人們對(duì)鐵路交通系統(tǒng)的需求量已 變得 越來(lái)越大。特長(zhǎng)鐵路隧道的修建在國(guó)內(nèi)外交通領(lǐng)域里都已經(jīng)占據(jù)了很重要的位置。目前在世界上比較具有代表性的特長(zhǎng)鐵路隧道有挪威的萊爾多隧道,瑞士的圣哥達(dá)隧道,以及我們國(guó)內(nèi) 近年來(lái)已經(jīng)建成投入使用的烏鞘嶺特長(zhǎng)隧道和太行山隧道等。 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要介紹了關(guān)于太行山隧道 (DK69+255~ DK74+160)標(biāo)段的設(shè)計(jì)與施工。具體內(nèi)容主要是根據(jù)隧道所在的地理位置的工程地質(zhì)和水文條件等來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)隧道斷面襯砌形式以及選擇比較合理的施工方案,保證工程施工的 效率 和 安全性。本標(biāo)段隧道設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是關(guān)于全斷面法和臺(tái)階法施工的開(kāi)挖工序和支護(hù)工序,光面爆破的鉆眼、布眼設(shè)計(jì),工程的防水設(shè)施和輔助設(shè)施以及施工監(jiān)控量測(cè)的設(shè)計(jì) 和 施工組織的編制等,還介紹了在本標(biāo)段隧道施工中遇見(jiàn)特殊地質(zhì)問(wèn)題時(shí)所采取的應(yīng)對(duì)措施和各種輔助坑道 (斜井 )、輔助設(shè)施 (橫通道 )的 設(shè)計(jì) 。 通過(guò)本次設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)將各種施工方法更好的與工程實(shí)際地質(zhì)環(huán)境結(jié)合于一體,以及怎樣更好地編制工程的施工組織。 關(guān)鍵詞: 特長(zhǎng) 隧道 全斷面法 臺(tái)階法 施工組織 Abstract With the rapid development of society, people demand for railway transport system has been growing. Long railway tunnel’s construction in the traffic field of domestic and international have occupied an important position. Currently in the world, more and more representative of the long railway tunnel such as the Laerdal in Norway Lyle and the Saint- Gothard tunnel in Switzerland39。s , as well as has been built and put into use this year39。s Wushaoling tunnel and Taihang Mountain Tunnel in our country. This design introduces a tunnel’s Design and Construction on a Section of the Taihang Mountains (DK69 +255 ~ DK74 +160) . Mainly to design the tunnel lining section of the form and choose a more reasonable construction plan based on the specific content of the tunnel where the location of the engineering geological and hydrological conditions , to Assure the safety and efficiency of construction. The tenders of the main tasks of the tunnel design is on the construction of fullface method and step method’s excavation process and supporting processes ,the drill hole , cloth eye design of the Smooth blasting , water facilities and support facilities and Monitoring and Measurement of construction’s design preparation on a project , And the pilation of construction anization , and so on . Also introduced the response program to solve specific geological problems encountered during the construction and the settings of various auxiliary tunnel(shaft), ancillary facilities (cross channel) of the tunnel .
