I 銀川市西夏區(qū)人民法院辦公樓 施工組織設計 摘要: 銀川市西夏區(qū)人民法院辦公樓施工組織設計,為 3 層框架現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構, 占地面積 935㎡,總建筑面積 2805 ㎡ ,于 20xx 年 5 月 6 日開工。其抗震強度為 8 級,耐火等級為 2 級。銀川市西夏區(qū)人民法院辦公樓位于銀川市北京中路與通達路交叉口處的東北角。 由 寧夏 工業(yè)機械設計研究院設計 。 本設計 闡述了施工組織設計的意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、編制依據(jù)并按照建筑工程建設的基本規(guī)律、施工工藝規(guī)律和經(jīng)營管理規(guī)律 ,在考慮服務生產(chǎn)、方便施工和滿足安全文明施工的要求下合理的進行了施工現(xiàn)場總平面布置, 編制出了組 織方案, 詳細具體地介紹了 施工方案的選擇并安排了施工順序。在深入研究了施工進度計劃的兩種編制方法的基礎上,分別編制了甘特圖和網(wǎng)絡計劃圖,形成了指導該工程項目建設的全局性的控制文件。 關鍵詞: 施工組織設計;項目管理 ; 工程進度計劃 II The Construction Planning of A People39。s Court Office Building for Xixia District in Yinchuan City Abstract: Western district people39。s court building related to the construction anization design, 3 layers framework for castinsitu structure, covers an area of 935 ㎡ , with a total construction area of 2805 ㎡ , on May 6, 20xx menced. Yinchuan xixia district people39。s court office building is located in Beijing road and understanding of Yinchuan intersection of northeast corner of the place. For the Mechanical design and research institute of insignia’s industrial design the current status and the establishment basis, and in accordance with the basic of the construction rules, the construction of the law and the management rules, and in considering the production of services to facilitate a safe and civilized construction and meet the requirements of the construction carried out reasonable under the general layout of the construction site and general layout of water consumption, and is established the anization plan, the construction plan, arranged to execute the working procedure to be suitable. After studying two establishment method of the construction progress plan thoroughly, I have established separately the Gantt chart and the Network planning chart. It has bee a better control file which instructs overall the engineering construction.
