本科畢業(yè)論文 生態(tài)型城市的交通規(guī)劃方法研究 生態(tài)型城市的交通規(guī)劃方法研究 摘要 近幾十年,全球范圍內(nèi)城市化和工業(yè)化進(jìn)程加快,但是由于傳統(tǒng)城市采用了不科學(xué)的發(fā)展模式而導(dǎo)致了城市居民生活環(huán)境的嚴(yán)重惡化。在交通領(lǐng)域,人們面臨著日益嚴(yán)重的交通擁擠、能源消耗、環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)破壞等問題,城市交通已經(jīng)成為了經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)進(jìn)一步提高的制約因素。生態(tài)城市作為一種全新的城市發(fā)展模式,已經(jīng)被公認(rèn)為城市未來的發(fā)展方向。生態(tài)交通系統(tǒng)作為生態(tài)城市復(fù)合系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)子系統(tǒng),在城市運(yùn)行和發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著格外重要的作用。本文在分析國內(nèi)外生態(tài)城市研究的基礎(chǔ)上,著重研究了生態(tài)型城市的交通規(guī)劃方法。首先對(duì)生態(tài)城市進(jìn)行了介紹,然后對(duì)城市 交通與土地利用關(guān)進(jìn)行了探討,分析了傳統(tǒng)的交通規(guī)劃方法不足之處,同時(shí) 總結(jié)了交通需求預(yù)測模型的發(fā)展過程,并探討其發(fā)展方向。 在以上研究的基礎(chǔ)上本文提出了生態(tài)交通系統(tǒng)的概念、內(nèi)涵和特征,并結(jié)合未來能源、交通工具對(duì)交通系統(tǒng)影響的分析,提出了生態(tài)型城市交通規(guī)劃的理論框架,這是在交通規(guī)劃思想和方法上的突破。本文還從國外、國內(nèi)兩方面舉例,介紹了一些 比較成功的 生態(tài)城市交通規(guī)劃的實(shí)踐。本文分別介紹了目前已出現(xiàn)的四種生態(tài)城市的交通規(guī)劃方法,分析出各規(guī)劃方法的特點(diǎn)和它們之間的聯(lián)系之處。最后以上海市為例,采用交通生態(tài)足跡模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,并結(jié)合上海市的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀對(duì)上海市如何建設(shè)生態(tài)交通系統(tǒng)從六個(gè)方面給出了自己的建議。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 生態(tài)城市 交通規(guī)劃生態(tài)足跡 生態(tài)交通 A STUDY ON TRANSPORTATION PLANNINGMETHODS FOR ECOCITY ABSTRACT In recent decades, the worldwide urbanization and industrialization process accelerated, butthe traditional urban development modelwhich is unscientificled to serious deterioration of the urban residents39。 living the transportation field, people are faced with increasingly serious problem of traffic congestion, energy consumption, environmental pollution and ecological destruction,urban transport has bee the constraints factor of the further improve of economy and ecocity as a brand new urban development mode,has been recognized as the direction of future urban transport system plays a particularly important role in the city running and development process as a subsystem of the ecocity posite on the domestic and foreign study of the ecocity, this thesis is focused on the ecocity transportation planning this paper introduces the ecocity, then explores the relationship between urban transport and land use, analyses the inadequacies of the traditional transport planning approach, and summarizes the development process of traffic demand forecasting model, as well as explores the direction of its development. According to the front research, the concept, meaning and characteristics of the ecological transport system is put forward. Combined with the traffic impact analysis of future energy and transport vehicles, theoretical framework of the ecological urban transport planning is proposed, which is the breakthrough of ideas and methods in transportation some examples both home and abroad, this article also introduces some successful ecological urban transport planning practice. This paper introduces four new transport planning approaches and analyzes the characteristics of these planning methods as well as the links between them. Finally, an empirical study of transport ecological footprint model for shanghai is acplished. Combined with Shanghai39。s economic and social status, this article gives some advices in six aspects for how to develop ecological transport system in Shanghai.
