浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 Abstract i 碩士學(xué)位論文 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的借口設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 Abstract ii 當(dāng)今 , 中 國(guó)電信信息化 技術(shù)的 發(fā)展建設(shè) 已經(jīng)相當(dāng) 迅速,已由 之前的 第二代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)邁 進(jìn)了 第三代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)( 大家 熟知的 3G 技術(shù)),并積極地研發(fā)下一代移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)。因?yàn)樾枰娦牌髽I(yè)支撐系統(tǒng)功能的不斷 提高, 同時(shí) 應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)移動(dòng)通信領(lǐng)域 市場(chǎng) 日 趨 激 烈 競(jìng)爭(zhēng) 的需要, 提高電信企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力, 現(xiàn)已 成為電信企業(yè)面臨的 一大難 題。 為了提 升 電信 企業(yè) 自身的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,就 一定得 提高業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng) 管理 水平和服務(wù)質(zhì)量,電信 企業(yè) 就 一定得擁有先進(jìn)的運(yùn)營(yíng)支撐系統(tǒng)。 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)是 運(yùn)營(yíng)支撐系統(tǒng) 的分支,所以 , 領(lǐng)先 的電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng) 和 強(qiáng)大的對(duì)外 系統(tǒng)功能接口, 來(lái) 實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)服務(wù)開(kāi)通、服務(wù)保障、企業(yè)管理、運(yùn)維管理等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程的 支持,快速滿足前端業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)通 的 需求,成為一個(gè) 相當(dāng)關(guān)鍵 的問(wèn)題。 鑒于此 ,本文 主要 以某電信 企業(yè) 運(yùn)營(yíng)支撐系統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目改造與電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)為背景, 剖析 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu) 和對(duì)外接口的研究,簡(jiǎn)要分析 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng) 與其對(duì)外部系統(tǒng)的交互。碼號(hào)模塊作為電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的組成部分,在電信綜合資源系統(tǒng) 與客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng) 之間的交互基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)碼號(hào)模塊接口功能協(xié)議, 怎樣 設(shè)計(jì)電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)( Tele Resource Management System,TRMS)與 客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)( Customer relationship Management System,CRM) 交互之間 碼號(hào)模塊的接口, 從而 實(shí)現(xiàn)在電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)下的接口開(kāi)發(fā)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng) ,接口 ,碼號(hào)模塊 ,客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng) ,網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)技術(shù) 浙江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 Abstract iii Abstract At present, the development of China’s telemunications information construction very rapidly towards third generation mobile munication technology, we are familiar from secondgeneration mobile munication technology, and actively developing the next generation of mobile munications technology. Because of the need of system function of supporting telemunication enterprise continue to improve, also need to deal with the domestic mobile munications market is being increasingly fierce petition, improve the market petitiveness of tele enterprises, has bee a major problem faced by tele enterprises. Therefore, in order to improve the telemunication enterprise market petitiveness, it is necessary to improve the business operating level and quality of service, tele panies must have advanced operations support systems, the tele integrated resource management system is an integral part of the operation support system. Therefore, the stateoftheart telemunications integrated resource management systems as well as system powerful foreign function interface, in order to achieve the service provisioning, service assurance, enterprise management, operation and maintenance management business processes support, frontend service fulfillment quickly meet demand, bee a very core problems. In view of this, this paper mainly to the maintenance of a certain tele business operation support system project and the integrated resource management system for the background, analysis of system structure of telemunication integrated resource management system and external interface, interactive brief analysis of Tele Resource Management System and the external system.
