【正文】 浙江大學碩士學位論文 Abstract i 碩士學位論文 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的借口設計與實現(xiàn) 浙江大學碩士學位論文 Abstract ii 當今 ， 中 國電信信息化 技術的 發(fā)展建設 已經(jīng)相當 迅速，已由 之前的 第二代移動通信技術邁 進了 第三代移動通信技術（ 大家 熟知的 3G 技術），并積極地研發(fā)下一代移動通信技術。因為需要電信企業(yè)支撐系統(tǒng)功能的不斷 提高， 同時 應對國內(nèi)移動通信領域 市場 日 趨 激 烈 競爭 的需要， 提高電信企業(yè)市場競爭力， 現(xiàn)已 成為電信企業(yè)面臨的 一大難 題。 為了提 升 電信 企業(yè) 自身的市場競爭力，就 一定得 提高業(yè)務的經(jīng)營 管理 水平和服務質(zhì)量，電信 企業(yè) 就 一定得擁有先進的運營支撐系統(tǒng)。 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)是 運營支撐系統(tǒng) 的分支，所以 ， 領先 的電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng) 和 強大的對外 系統(tǒng)功能接口， 來 實現(xiàn)對服務開通、服務保障、企業(yè)管理、運維管理等相關業(yè)務流程的 支持，快速滿足前端業(yè)務開通 的 需求，成為一個 相當關鍵 的問題。 鑒于此 ，本文 主要 以某電信 企業(yè) 運營支撐系統(tǒng)的項目改造與電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的維護為背景， 剖析 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的體系結構 和對外接口的研究，簡要分析 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng) 與其對外部系統(tǒng)的交互。碼號模塊作為電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)的組成部分，在電信綜合資源系統(tǒng) 與客戶關系管理系統(tǒng) 之間的交互基礎上，根據(jù)碼號模塊接口功能協(xié)議， 怎樣 設計電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)（ Tele Resource Management System,TRMS）與 客戶關系管理系統(tǒng)（ Customer relationship Management System,CRM） 交互之間 碼號模塊的接口， 從而 實現(xiàn)在電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng)架構下的接口開發(fā)和實際應用。 關鍵詞 ： 電信綜合資源管理系統(tǒng) ,接口 ,碼號模塊 ,客戶關系管理系統(tǒng) ,網(wǎng)絡服務技術 浙江大學碩士學位論文 Abstract iii Abstract At present, the development of China’s telemunications information construction very rapidly towards third generation mobile munication technology, we are familiar from secondgeneration mobile munication technology, and actively developing the next generation of mobile munications technology. Because of the need of system function of supporting telemunication enterprise continue to improve, also need to deal with the domestic mobile munications market is being increasingly fierce petition, improve the market petitiveness of tele enterprises, has bee a major problem faced by tele enterprises. Therefore, in order to improve the telemunication enterprise market petitiveness, it is necessary to improve the business operating level and quality of service, tele panies must have advanced operations support systems, the tele integrated resource management system is an integral part of the operation support system. Therefore, the stateoftheart telemunications integrated resource management systems as well as system powerful foreign function interface, in order to achieve the service provisioning, service assurance, enterprise management, operation and maintenance management business processes support, frontend service fulfillment quickly meet demand, bee a very core problems. In view of this, this paper mainly to the maintenance of a certain tele business operation support system project and the integrated resource management system for the background, analysis of system structure of telemunication integrated resource management system and external interface, interactive brief analysis of Tele Resource Management System and the external system.
