本科畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) 題 目 墊片沖壓模具設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名 專業(yè)名稱 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 指導(dǎo)教師 2020 年 5 月 12 日 教學(xué)單位 學(xué)生學(xué)號 編 號 J I 墊片沖壓模具設(shè)計 摘要 : 本文介紹的模具 設(shè)計 結(jié)構(gòu)簡單實用,使用方便可靠, 首先根據(jù)工件圖計算工件的展開尺寸,再根據(jù)展開尺寸計算該零件的壓力中心,材料利用率,畫排樣圖。根據(jù)零件的幾何形狀要求和尺寸的分析,采用復(fù)合模沖壓,這樣有利于提高生產(chǎn)效率,模具設(shè)計和制造也相對于簡 單。當(dāng)所有的參數(shù)計算完后,對模具的裝配方案,對主要零件的設(shè)計和裝配要求技術(shù)要求都進行了分析。 其中模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是這次設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容,其內(nèi)容包含了一系列模具的重要零部件的設(shè)計加工方法和加工注意要點。這樣更有利于加工人員的一線操作,使其通俗易懂加工方便。 關(guān)鍵詞 :墊片、沖壓模、 級進模 。 II Gasket stamping die design Abstract: This article describes the structure of the separator mold design is simple and practical, easytouse and reliable, first of all work plans in accordance with the known relationship between the size of its work process analysis and calculate the size of the start, and then expand the size calculated based on the utilization of materials, layout plans drawn, calculate the center of pressure parts.
