【正文】 本文檔由 維維大豆 整理提供 1410007848 買(mǎi) 染料 及 包裝機(jī)械 請(qǐng)致電 03177896222 劉雨桐 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 設(shè)計(jì)論文題目： 企業(yè)在線工作日志管理系統(tǒng) 學(xué) 生 姓 名 ： 學(xué) 生 學(xué) 號(hào) ： 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 班 級(jí) ： 學(xué) 院 名 稱(chēng) ： 指 導(dǎo) 老 師 ： 學(xué) 院 院 長(zhǎng) ： 2021 年 05 月 28 日 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 第 I 頁(yè) 軟件學(xué)院 企業(yè)在線工作日志管理系統(tǒng) 摘 要 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展 , 現(xiàn)代企業(yè)大多使用 OA、 ERP 等管理軟件來(lái)管理企業(yè)相關(guān)資源和日常事務(wù) 、 使得企業(yè)管理的質(zhì)量和效率得到了質(zhì)的飛躍。現(xiàn)在的大型的OA 和 ERP 系統(tǒng)都做得比較完善 、 但是對(duì)于中小企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō) 、 一方面系統(tǒng)許多功能可能根本就用不上 、 另一方面昂貴 的費(fèi)用也讓他們望而卻步。 本工作日志管理系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)面向中小企業(yè)的簡(jiǎn)單的工作管理系統(tǒng) 、 它主要實(shí)現(xiàn)公司職員的工作日志管理、員工的任務(wù)分配和簡(jiǎn)單的人事管理。使用該系統(tǒng) 、 企業(yè)管理者或團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)可以方便地通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)下屬員工分發(fā)任務(wù)；員工可以在網(wǎng)上進(jìn)行工作討論 、 可以在網(wǎng)上隨時(shí)記錄自己每天的工作情況 、 可以方便地在周末或者月末生成階段性工作總結(jié)；員工可對(duì)工作進(jìn)行自我評(píng)價(jià) 、 員工之間可根據(jù)要求進(jìn)行工作互評(píng)；企業(yè)還可對(duì)員工人事信息進(jìn)行基本的查詢和管理。 本系統(tǒng)采用 B/S 模式和 MVC 三層結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)建 、 使用 C ++ACCESS2021在權(quán)限分配上 、 采用了按角色和自定義權(quán)限相結(jié)合的方式來(lái)分配 、 提高了權(quán)限管理的靈活性和安全性。 權(quán)限分配包括了 角色 權(quán)限、用戶權(quán)限、 頁(yè)面 權(quán)限 。 關(guān)鍵詞： 工作日志系統(tǒng) ,MVC 三層結(jié)構(gòu) ,B/S 模式 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文 ) 第 II 頁(yè) 軟件學(xué)院 An Online Worklog Management System for Enterprises Abstract With the fast development of puters and Inter, nowadays most panies use management softwares like OA and ERP to manage their panies’ resources and daily business, which has essentially improved the quality and efficiency of panies’ management. Now, most systems of OA and ERP both are perfect. However, for some small panies, on the one hand , some functions of those systems may not be used, on the other hand , those small panies can not afford the expensive OA and ERP systems. This worklog management system aims to medium and small panies’ work management systems, whose functions are to manage staffs’ daily work , to assign tasks and conduct some simple personnel using this system , the pany’s manager or leader can assign tasks to their staffs throgh Inter ,meanwhile, staffs can disscuss with each other ,record daily work on the Inter and evaluate the work of this week or month. What is more, staffs can also evaluate themselves and their work . Enterprise employees may also conduct basic personnel information inquiries and managemen The system uses B/S and MVC model to build a threetier structure. C ++ACCESS2021 is used in the distribution of petences. Meanwhile , this system adoptes the way which bines the selfdefinition of the role and authority and enhances the petence hof management flexibility and distribution of petences, includs the role of authority, privileges, and powers pages.
