液壓升降機畢業(yè)設(shè)計論文(已修改)

【正文】 、商店、機關(guān)、碼頭、建筑裝修行業(yè)的一種高空作業(yè)工具。本設(shè)計采用無線遙控,以提高設(shè)備操控的自化和靈活性。其次,本液壓升降平臺的四個支腿臂的內(nèi)外伸縮臂設(shè)計采用液壓缸驅(qū)動,節(jié)省了人力,提高了平臺的工作效率。再者,本設(shè)計較一般液壓升降平臺改進之處是其升降高度采用傳感器監(jiān)控,提高了其升降的精度。最后 設(shè)計過程采用有限元分析的方法,對零部件進行強度校核,優(yōu)化了零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)。 本設(shè)計采用逆向工程的方法,對現(xiàn)有的各種液壓升平臺比較分析,重點是在傳統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上加以有限元分析;改進一般液壓升降平臺的線控方式為無線電遙控方式,無線電遙控采用單路八通道遙控方式;在原有液壓升降平臺的基礎(chǔ)上,改進人工拖動液壓升降平臺的支撐腿為液壓缸驅(qū)動。 最后本設(shè)計取得了預(yù)想的效果,有較好的市場前景。 關(guān)鍵詞:液壓升降平臺;無線電遙控;有限元分析;傳感器 I 山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文 Abstract A hydraulic lifting platform is a tool for highaltitude operations that is widely used in factories, shops and offices, terminals, building decoration industry .The design of a wireless remote control is to enhance the selfcontrol equipment and flexibility. Finally, designing process use finite element analysis, to check the strength of parts and ponents, and to optimize the structure of the parts. Secondly, the four outrigger arm of the hydraulic lifting platform use the design of the internal and external telescopic boom driven by hydraulic cylinders, saving human resources, improving the efficiency of the platform. Furthermore, the improvement of the design of the hydraulic lifting platform is that sensors monitor is used to accurate the height of platform and improve the accuracy of their movements. This design uses the method of reverse engineering and paring with the various existing hydraulic platform or , focusing on the traditional design of the structure on the basis finite element analysis, the general improvement of the hydraulic lifting platform for radiocontrolled wire way. A radiocontrolled remote control oneway fourlane way in the original hydraulic lifting platform on the basis of improving the artificial drag hydraulic lifting platform for the support legs hydraulic cylinder drive.
