切斷機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng) 第 1 頁 共 50 頁 摘 要 切斷機(jī)廣泛地被運(yùn)用在軋鋼機(jī)械中,本文中涉及的是切斷機(jī)對各種型號的鋼坯進(jìn)行尺寸處理。液壓切斷機(jī)比火焰切割機(jī)運(yùn)行成本低,而在同等體積下,液壓裝置能比電氣裝置產(chǎn)生出更大的動力;同樣在同等的功率下,液壓裝置的體積小、重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。所以從各個角度看選擇液壓切斷機(jī)是比較合理的。液壓切斷機(jī)是用液壓作為主傳動系統(tǒng)的切斷機(jī),該切斷機(jī)采用平行刀片式的下切式。下切式切斷機(jī)的上下兩個刀片都是運(yùn)動的,蛋剪切軋件的動作由下刀片來完成的。目前被廣泛應(yīng)用于初扎和鋼坯車間。 切斷機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)主要由三部分組成。分別是刀架系統(tǒng)、 載物臺抬升系統(tǒng)和工件夾緊系統(tǒng)。其中,刀架系統(tǒng)主要控制刀具的進(jìn)刀和快退;載物臺抬升系統(tǒng)用來移動工件;工件夾緊系統(tǒng)用來固定工件。其中,刀架系統(tǒng)單獨(dú)采用變量泵驅(qū)動,而載物臺抬升系統(tǒng)和工件夾緊系統(tǒng)共用一個定量泵,其動作由換向閥實(shí)現(xiàn) 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 切斷機(jī) ; 液壓系統(tǒng) ;油缸 切斷機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng) 第 2 頁 共 50 頁 Hydraulic system of the Shearing machine Abstract Shearing machine is widely used in steel rolling machines, this paper introduces the continuous casting machine by using shearing machine to handle various types of steel billet. Hydraulic shearing machine has lower operating cost than flame cutting machines. However, in the same volume, the hydraulic device generates mush power than electrical equipment. In the same power, the hydraulic device small volume, light weight and pact structure. So from various perspectives, choosing hydraulic shearing machine that uses hydraulic pressure as the main drive. It chooses the downcut sheet of parallel slice. The upcut sheet an the downcut sheet of downcut shearing machine are movable, but the action of shearing the rolled piece is done by downcut sheet. At present, it is widely used in the workshop of bloom and billet. The hydraulic system of shearing machine mainly consists of three parts: the system of downcut bed, the driving system of table roller vehicle and the system lifted by topcut set. Its downcut bed`s shearing system. Mainly controls advancement and retreat of the downcut slice. The driving system of table roller vehicle is used to keep the shearing machine having the same speed with billet an resets quickly after finishing shearing. The lifting system of topcut table can drift the topcut bed. And the shear cylinder of downcut bed is driven by variable pump independently, while the cylinder of table roller and lifting vat of topcut bed are used a quantitative pump, and the operation is done by using reversing valve.
