【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ( 論文 ) 網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 論文作者姓名： 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位專業(yè)： 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位類別： 指導(dǎo)教師姓名（職稱）： 論文提交日期： 網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘 要 隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息 技術(shù) 的發(fā)展，網(wǎng)絡(luò)在人們生活中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛，網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘方式已經(jīng)成為了求職招聘的一大重要手段。通過(guò)它應(yīng)聘者和招聘企業(yè)可以通過(guò) Inter，突破時(shí)間和空間的限制 ， 而實(shí)現(xiàn)應(yīng)聘者的工作求職和企業(yè)的人才招聘。 本文所開(kāi)發(fā)的 網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘系統(tǒng)主要包括個(gè)人 求職管理、 企業(yè) 招聘管理 和系統(tǒng) 管理 三 個(gè)部分。個(gè)人用戶可以在主頁(yè)方便地瀏覽查詢招聘企業(yè)信息 、 招聘職位 并 發(fā)送應(yīng)聘簡(jiǎn)歷；企業(yè)用戶可以方便地查找人才信息及個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷；管理員則通過(guò)后臺(tái)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)所有用戶信息 、 簡(jiǎn)歷 、 公司信息 、 企業(yè)招聘職位的管理。 本文主要介紹了 ASP，數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)等相關(guān)知識(shí)，同時(shí)較為詳盡的闡述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)是使用 ASP 編程技術(shù) 開(kāi)發(fā)，并以 IIS 為 Web服務(wù)平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職招聘系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建。后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)選用的是 ACCESS，利用 ASP 動(dòng)態(tài)網(wǎng)頁(yè)編程技術(shù)，通過(guò) ADO 與 ACCESS 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建立連接 ，并且運(yùn)用 SQL語(yǔ)言實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)其數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù) 的 操作 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 網(wǎng)絡(luò) 求職招聘； ASP； ACCESS； 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù) The Design and Implementation of the Network Job Hunting and Recruitment System Abstract Along with the development of the work information technology, work has been applied in people39。s lives more and more widely. Along with this, the work job hunting and recruitment has bee an important means to recruit job, with which job seekers can search the job opportunities and the enterprises can recruit clerks through the Inter, breaking through time and space limitation. We implemented such a system that includes three modules: personal job seeking management, enterprise recruiting management and system management. By visiting the home page of our application, job seekers can browse and query the information of the open job opportunities and send their resumes to corresponding enterprises effectively and conveniently. And, on the other hand enterprises can search the resumes to find persons who are suitable with their requirements. More over, administrators can maintain the information both of the person and the enterprise. This paper first introduces the ASP technology, the database and other the related knowledge. Then the implementation of a work job search and recruitment system is introduced in more detail. The system is developed with ASP programming technology, which runs on IIS server. Microsoft Access was chosen as the backstage database. ASP pages connect to Access by ADO, in which SQL language is used to issue database operations.
