基于 PLC控制的立體停車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì) I 基于 PLC 控制的立體停車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì) 提要 我們知道 隨著 人民生活水平的日益提高, 城市汽車的 數(shù)量也在 不斷增加, 而土地資源卻十分有限,自然 停車難問(wèn)題己經(jīng) 漸漸成為大中型城市的一個(gè)普遍現(xiàn)象。機(jī)械式立體車庫(kù)可充分利用上地資源,發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢(shì),最大限度地停放車輛,成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問(wèn)題的重要途徑。本課題以較為典型的升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,綜合考慮立體車庫(kù)制造成本和運(yùn)行效率的雙重因素。 本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外車庫(kù)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇兩層五車位車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究模型。升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)就其組成部分而言,可分為三大部 分:車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)部分、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。本文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了車庫(kù)的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),對(duì)車庫(kù)的控制系統(tǒng)也作了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明,依據(jù)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的運(yùn)行原理,運(yùn)用力學(xué)理論對(duì)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的力學(xué)分析,包括升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、橫移傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度和升降傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度等。在對(duì)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,采用了先進(jìn)的 PLC 控制,運(yùn)用西門子公司的編程軟件編制了升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的程序,并經(jīng)調(diào)試、運(yùn)行,證明采用可編程序控制器 (PLC)作為控制系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單易行。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、 快速、性價(jià)比高的特點(diǎn)使得控制系統(tǒng)非常完美。為了使停車設(shè)備滿足使用要求,根據(jù)國(guó)家關(guān)于機(jī)械式停車設(shè)備通用安全要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的實(shí)際,在升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)中使用了一些必要的安全技術(shù),這樣基于 PLC控制的立體停車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì) II 保證了車輛的絕對(duì)安全,使得整個(gè)車庫(kù)可以安全平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行。 關(guān)鍵詞: 立體車庫(kù),控制系統(tǒng),可編程序控制器,鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。 基于 PLC控制的立體停車庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì) 3 Abstract: We know as the quantity of urban automobile has increased continuously in nowadays, but the land resource is very limited and the hardtoPark Problem has bee a mon phenomenon. Mechanical stereo garage can use land resource sufficiently and bring space advantage into play, and maximize the number of parking cars. It has bee an important way for static traffic problem of cities. The issue studies the type mechanical parking system which named updown and translation stereo garage, and regards of the two factors of cost of manufacture and operational efficiency synthetically. On the basis of investigation on current situation and developing trend of garage in domestic and abroad, we choose twolayer and threeformulistic garage structure as the research model. According to the form of the draggingforms of multi player updown and translation earbase, it is made of three parts: part of earbase structure 、 part of drivingframework and part of control system. The paper simply introduces main structure and characteristics of garage and also gives a short introduction to its control system.
