北華大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 1 摘要 當(dāng)今社會(huì),隨著生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易、科技的快速發(fā)展,衡器技術(shù)由簡(jiǎn)單的計(jì)重向信息化、一體化發(fā)展。然而,衡器技術(shù)在向這個(gè)趨勢(shì)發(fā)展的時(shí)候,計(jì)量的準(zhǔn)確化、快速化的矛盾一直是困擾衡器技術(shù)發(fā)展的瓶頸。直到上世紀(jì) 70 年代,技術(shù)上逐步成熟的動(dòng)態(tài)電子衡器的發(fā)展,它有效的解決了快速性、準(zhǔn)確性一衡器技術(shù)的兩個(gè)最重要的性能指標(biāo)難以統(tǒng)一的問題。這對(duì)于解決工程中稱重系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)稱重 .問題尤為重要。 動(dòng)態(tài)電子軌道衡是動(dòng)態(tài)稱重技術(shù)中最常見的一種,本文介紹了動(dòng)態(tài)稱重的特色 :動(dòng)態(tài)電子軌道衡系統(tǒng)采用了 WINDOWS 操作系統(tǒng)作為平臺(tái),其強(qiáng)大的軟件功能是有效的解決快速性和準(zhǔn)確性統(tǒng)一問題的基礎(chǔ) 。用軟件方法判別火車車型克服了硬件判別法故障率高的弱點(diǎn)。采用自動(dòng)車號(hào)識(shí)別 (AEI)技術(shù),有效地解決了計(jì)量過程中人工抄號(hào)的弊端,杜絕了人工篡改計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)的機(jī)會(huì)。提高了計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)的真實(shí)有效性。動(dòng)態(tài)軌道衡稱重系統(tǒng)做到了數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)上傳、統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表、存儲(chǔ)、打印。本設(shè)計(jì)分別闡述了計(jì)量器具的發(fā)展,稱重傳感器的原理,動(dòng)態(tài)電子衡器的設(shè)計(jì)原理與構(gòu)成部分, PLC 與組態(tài)王 Wincc 的通信,信號(hào)處理的方法,車型判別邏輯控制系統(tǒng),自動(dòng)車號(hào)識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 :傳感器 。動(dòng)態(tài)電子軌道衡 。PLC。Wincc 北華大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 2 Abstract In today39。s society, with production, trade, and the rapid development of technology, weighing apparatus technology by simple account heavy information, to integration development. Dynamic electronic GuiDaoHeng dynamic weighing technology is the most mon kind, this paper introduces the characteristics of dynamic weighting: dynamic electronic GuiDaoHeng system USES the WINDOWS operating system as a platform, its powerful software function is to effectively solve the problem of efficiency and accuracy unity based。 With the software method judging the train car overe the hardware discriminant method of high failure weakness. Adopt the automatic car number identification (AEI) technology, which can effectively solve the measurement process, artificial copy the disadvantages, and put an end to the measurement data of the artificial tamper with the opportunity. Improve the measurement data of the real effectiveness. Dynamic GuiDaoHeng weighing system do data to upload, statistics, storage and print.
