【正文】 1 吉林電子信息職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 題 目 ： 基于 PLC 自動(dòng)門控制設(shè) 計(jì) 系 部： 機(jī)電技術(shù)學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí)： 1 指導(dǎo)教師： 姓 名： 2 摘 要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，我們的生活發(fā)生了巨大的變化。一個(gè)智能化、自動(dòng)化的社會(huì)已經(jīng)開始呈現(xiàn)于我們的眼前，這為我們提供了非常多的便利。其中自動(dòng)門就是自動(dòng)化進(jìn)程中的一個(gè)典型代表，此設(shè)計(jì)就是運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí)，結(jié)合實(shí)際需要而進(jìn)行研究的。 為了增強(qiáng)自動(dòng)門運(yùn)行的可靠性 ,提出了一種以 S7200 可編程序控制器 (PLC)為核心的自動(dòng)門控制系統(tǒng)。分析了該控制系統(tǒng)的工作原理 ,描述了系統(tǒng)的硬件組成 ,介紹了人體感應(yīng)探測(cè)、自動(dòng)門 運(yùn)行位置檢測(cè)、門運(yùn)行障礙檢測(cè)等控制電路的工作過程 ,對(duì) PLC 的選型及 I/O 點(diǎn)的確定進(jìn)行了說明。 合 PLC 的運(yùn)行特點(diǎn)，對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)的工作流程作了合理的優(yōu)化。在此基礎(chǔ)上，給出了控制系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)的程序流程圖、順序功能圖、外部端子接線圖及 PLC控制梯形圖等。本設(shè)計(jì)介紹應(yīng)用可編程控制器取代傳統(tǒng)的繼電器、接觸器控制系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)門控制的過程。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：可編程控制器； S7200； 自動(dòng)門； 控制系統(tǒng) 3 Abstract With the development of science and technology, great changes have taken place in our intelligent, automation has began to appear in front of us, which provides great convenience for us. A typical representative of the automatic door is in the process ofautomation, this design is the use of knowledge, bined with the actual needs of the. In order to enhance the reliability of the automatic door system, presents a S7200 programmable controller (PLC) as the core of the automatic door control system. Analysis of the working principle of the control system, describes the hardware position of the system,introduces the human detection, position detection, automatic door system detection and control circuit of the door operation process, determine the selection and I/O of PLC are described. The operation characteristics of PLC, the reasonable optimization of the workflow control system. On this basis, given the function of order flow chart, program control system software design diagram, external control terminal wiring diagram and PLC ladder diagram etc.. This design introduces the application of programmable controller to replace the 4 traditional relay,contactor control system, automatic door control process. Keywords: programmable controller。 S7200。 automatic control system。 1 前 言 自動(dòng)門控制系統(tǒng)，在現(xiàn)當(dāng)代社會(huì)是一個(gè)應(yīng)用非常廣泛的設(shè)備，自動(dòng)門已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于酒店、銀行、超市、停車場或公共建筑等入口，其主要核心部分 —— 自動(dòng)門控制系統(tǒng)正是我們這篇論文的主要研究討論的課題。 自動(dòng)門是指 :可以將人接近門的動(dòng)作（或?qū)⒛撤N入門授權(quán)）識(shí)別為開門信號(hào)的控制單元，通過驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)將門開啟，在人離開后再將門自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，并對(duì)開啟和關(guān)閉的過程實(shí)現(xiàn)控制的系統(tǒng)。自動(dòng)門的性能優(yōu)劣主要取決于它的控制裝置，早期的自動(dòng)門控制系統(tǒng)采用繼電器邏輯控制，造成安裝繁瑣、體積大、不穩(wěn)定、不易維修等缺點(diǎn)已逐漸被淘汰。目前自動(dòng)門及其自動(dòng)化 行業(yè)最穩(wěn)定的控制裝置是可編程控制器（以下簡稱 PLC） ,PLC 是一種專門為工業(yè)環(huán)境下應(yīng)用而設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)字運(yùn)算操作的電子裝置。它采用可以編制程序的存儲(chǔ)器，用來在其內(nèi)部存儲(chǔ)執(zhí)行邏輯運(yùn)算、順序運(yùn)算、計(jì)時(shí)、計(jì)數(shù)和算術(shù)運(yùn)算等操作的指令，并能通過
