Ac speed regulating system is a plex system, the whole system consists of ac motor, inverter, power supply voltage of main circuit and detection circuit, drive circuit, and the whole control system. In order to achieve the frequency control of motor speed, but also must study the dynamic mathematical model of ac motor, and to coordinate transformation. Ac speed regulation system of ac motor and inverter and power supply is an integral part of the main circuit system。 And control system is the core of the whole control circuit part, here is the core of intelligent control chip, here we are using AT89S52 in single chip microputer control system, also contains a pulse generating circuit intelligent chip SA4828 circuit, including some of the less peripheral hardware devices at the same time, because of using the single chip microputer as control core, so the whole circuit of the hardware design is concise, for pulse output and feedback control methods such as flexible, only need to change the program, the design of motor object is an induction motor, we mainly pleted the motor speed control. The main task of control system design pleted intelligent chip SA4828 is introduced, the main circuit (ac motor and inverter, driver circuit and power supply), speed regulation control strategy, buffer and protection circuit of the inverter 52 microcontroller hardware design and program design.
