遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 I 頁 大連信通公司辦公樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)為大連信通公司辦公樓。建筑等級為 丙 類建筑,防火等級為二級,按 7 度抗震設(shè)防。本工程為鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),共六層。設(shè)計(jì)包含建筑設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)兩部分。建筑設(shè)計(jì)在滿足使用功能的前提下,結(jié)合辦公樓的特點(diǎn),房間布局按功能分區(qū),對建筑進(jìn)行了平、立、剖面設(shè)計(jì)。 完成建筑平面 圖 、立面圖、剖面圖 的繪制。 框架結(jié)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)部分,本設(shè)計(jì)取一榀框架及其柱下基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,在荷載計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行內(nèi)力計(jì)算,側(cè)移計(jì)算和內(nèi)力組合(在內(nèi)力計(jì)算中恒載活載用彎矩二次分配法進(jìn)行計(jì)算 , 水平荷載 作 用 按 D 值法進(jìn)行 計(jì)算), 通過內(nèi)力組合得到控制截面最不利內(nèi)力,并 對梁柱進(jìn)行配筋 計(jì)算 。還進(jìn)行了板、柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)、樓梯 的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算 ,最后完成了結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖的繪制。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 辦公樓;框架結(jié)構(gòu); 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 II 頁 The Architectural and Structural Design of Office Building of the Company of Xintong in Dalian Abstract The design is about the Dalian Xintong Office Building. The fireprotection rating is two, the construction grade is C. The seismic intensity is 7 degrees. The project is reinforced concrete frame structure and has six floors. The architectural and structural designs are included in this design. Considering the office buiding characteristic, the architectural design is satisfied with the functional use, and the rooms are divided into several zones by function. The design includes flat face, vertical view and cross section. In the structural design of the framework, only the main frame and underbased is calculated. On the basis of the load calculation, we acplish the calculation of the internal force, the sideway and the bination of internal forces. (The internal forces under the dead and live loads are calculated by secondary distribution method. The internal forces which generated by the horizontal load are calculated by D calculation method.)The reinforcement of beam and column is chosen by using the data. Finally, design of the slab, foundation, stairs and rain shelter are finished in this design. At the same time the construction drawings of architectural and structural design are also finished.
