【正文】 ***大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 I 頁***辦公樓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)摘要本設(shè)計(jì)為***辦公樓,該工程為鋼筋混凝土框架—剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),地下一層,地上十層,建筑面積為 11753 。設(shè)計(jì)由建筑設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)兩部分組成。建筑設(shè)計(jì)是進(jìn)2m行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ),主要進(jìn)行了建筑平面、立面和剖面的設(shè)計(jì)。在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中,以地上十層建筑為對(duì)象進(jìn)行抗震設(shè)計(jì),遵循“小震不壞,中震可修,大震不倒 ”的設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則。在確定結(jié)構(gòu)布局之后,先進(jìn)行了重力荷載代表值的計(jì)算,接著利用經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式法求出自振周期,按底部剪力法計(jì)算水平地震荷載作用大小,進(jìn)而用 D 值法求出在水平荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力(彎矩、剪力、軸力) 。其次,取一榀框架,接著計(jì)算豎向荷載(恒載及活載)作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力。在豎向荷載作用下的內(nèi)力采用了二次彎矩分配法進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并找出最不利的一組或幾組內(nèi)力組合,進(jìn)而選取其中最不利的結(jié)果計(jì)算梁、柱的配筋。最后進(jìn)行剪力墻部分計(jì)算,其計(jì)算方法與柱計(jì)算類似??蚣?—剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系綜合了剪力墻與框架結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得這種結(jié)構(gòu)比框架結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度和承載能力都大大提高了,目前在我國已得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞: 辦公樓;框架 —剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu);建筑結(jié)構(gòu);抗震設(shè)計(jì)***大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 II 頁Architechture and Structure Design of Office Building for *** of **Abstract The building is designed to Kindu in *** City office building, the project for the reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure, a layer of the ground floor, 10floor building area of 11,753.
