【正文】 I 前 言 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是大學(xué)本科教學(xué)計(jì)劃中最后一個(gè)重要的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，是對自身綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)的土木工程基礎(chǔ)理論的培養(yǎng)，也是進(jìn)行房屋建筑設(shè)計(jì)或科學(xué)研究的綜合訓(xùn)練，是前面各個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的繼續(xù)、深化和拓寬，是培養(yǎng)自身綜合素質(zhì)和工程實(shí)踐能力的重要階段。通過畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)對有關(guān)在建或已建的同類建筑物的學(xué)習(xí)、參觀、考察，較全面直觀地了解和掌握了有關(guān) 宿舍 建筑的基本設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容、功能布局、概況、一般設(shè)計(jì)要求， 宿舍樓 常用結(jié)構(gòu)的基本形式、受力特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的基本尺寸、計(jì)算方法，建筑施工技術(shù)、組織和管理，實(shí)習(xí)期間也熟知了有關(guān)建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、施工方面的 規(guī)范，如何切合實(shí)際地將這些資料應(yīng)用到工程實(shí)踐中是畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要目的。 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題為《 7 號綜合宿舍公寓樓 》，要求對此 宿舍 樓分別進(jìn)行建筑部分設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)兩部分。建筑部分要完成建筑方案比較、分析、確定；繪制建筑施工圖和編寫建筑設(shè)計(jì)說明書。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包括結(jié)構(gòu)選型及結(jié)構(gòu)布置；主要框架的荷載計(jì)算、內(nèi)力分析、截面設(shè)計(jì)；樓梯、基礎(chǔ)、梁板的計(jì)算；繪制結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。 本設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容涉及了建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)兩大方面，全面地包含了土木工程建工方向?qū)I(yè)所學(xué)知識，是一次全面的設(shè)計(jì)演練。同時(shí)，設(shè)計(jì)研究的內(nèi)容具有相當(dāng)?shù)纳疃群碗y度，是對設(shè)計(jì)人員的一 次綜合考核。設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)達(dá)到的技術(shù)要求為滿足實(shí)際施工要求，即所設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容正確、可行。為此，設(shè)計(jì)過程中要以設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范為準(zhǔn)繩，嚴(yán)格控制各設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容滿足規(guī)范和相關(guān)條例的要求。 限于時(shí)間和經(jīng)驗(yàn)等方面的原因，在設(shè)計(jì)中難免有不盡合理和完善之處，敬請指正。 II 摘 要 建筑物名稱： 7號綜合宿舍公寓樓設(shè)計(jì) 建筑所在地： 金膠州海濱 結(jié)構(gòu)類型： 鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu) 層數(shù)： 7 層 總建筑面積： 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是土木工程專業(yè)的必修課，本次 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是設(shè)計(jì)中國海洋大學(xué)青島學(xué)院宿舍樓工程 ， 它位于擁灣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展區(qū) 金膠州海濱。本工程采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)， 包括兩部分：建筑設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 建筑面積 ，占地面積 ，七層，總高 (加女兒墻 )， 每層層高均為 ，柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)，設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期 50 年，結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級為三級，抗震設(shè)防烈度為 7度 。 建筑設(shè)計(jì)本著“功能適用，經(jīng)濟(jì)合理，造型美觀，環(huán)境相宜”的原則，以國家相應(yīng)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù)，完成了設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書所要求的建筑平面設(shè)計(jì)，并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了立面、剖面、建筑詳圖設(shè)計(jì)，共畫出建筑圖 8 張。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)本著“安全，適用，耐久”的原則，進(jìn)行了豎向荷載匯 集，水平荷載 匯集，內(nèi)力計(jì)算，內(nèi)力組合，結(jié)構(gòu)抗震驗(yàn)算，板、梁、柱、樓梯、 基礎(chǔ)等結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)。共畫出結(jié)構(gòu)圖 4 張。 通過對整個(gè)宿舍的建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)，我們基本上熟悉了整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程，掌握了基本的設(shè)計(jì)思路和計(jì)算方法。同時(shí)，使我們對以前學(xué)過的課本基礎(chǔ)知識和概念有了更進(jìn)一步的理解掌握，提高了以后設(shè)計(jì)、施工能力以及分析問題、解決問題的內(nèi)力。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 大學(xué)生公寓樓 ； 結(jié)構(gòu)形式 ； 框架結(jié)構(gòu) ； 鋼筋混凝土 III Abstract Building name: 7 prehensive dormitory apartment building design Building location: gold jiazhou beach Structure types: ferroconcrete frame structure Layer: 7 layer With a total construction area: m2 Design is a civil engineering graduate of the required course, this design for the building design, consists of two parts: building design and structural design. The architectural design is on the principle of function applicable, economy feasible, model fair and environment harmonious. Besides, the design is on the base of the building regulation and building standard of our country. I have finished architectural plan design that the design prospectus requires. And on the base of it, I have finished the design of elevation drawings, plane sections and architectural detail drawings. The account of the gross architectural drawings is 8. The constructional design is on the principle of safe, apply and endure. And on the base of it, I have done some vertical load collecting, horizontal load collecting, stress calculating,calculating, stress bination, constructional earthquakeresistant design. Besides, I have designed floor slabs, beams, columns, stairs, canopies and foundations and so on. The account of the gross constructional drawings is 4. Through the entire dormitory building, structure, foundation design, we basically familiar with the entire design process, master the basic design ideas and calculation methods. At the same time, so that we previously studied the textbooks have basic knowledge and concepts further understand and grasp, after raising the design, construction and the ability to analyze problems, solve the problem of internal forces.
