青島工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 1 前 言 畢業(yè)設(shè)計是大學(xué)本科教學(xué)計劃中最后一個重要的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),是對自身綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)的土木工程基礎(chǔ)理論的培養(yǎng),也是進(jìn)行房屋建筑設(shè)計或科學(xué)研究的綜合訓(xùn)練,是前面各個教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的繼續(xù)、深化和拓寬,是培養(yǎng)自身綜合素質(zhì)和工程實踐能力的重要階段。畢業(yè)設(shè)計的目的在于使我們受到結(jié)構(gòu)工程師所必須的綜合訓(xùn)練,有利于向工作崗位過渡。 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計課題為《高校宿舍樓設(shè)計》, 要求對此分別進(jìn)行建筑部分設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計兩部分。建筑部分要完成建筑方案比較、分析、確定;繪制建筑施工圖和編寫建筑設(shè)計說明書。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計包括結(jié)構(gòu)選型及結(jié)構(gòu)布置;主要框 架的荷載計算、內(nèi)力分析、截面設(shè)計;樓梯、基礎(chǔ)、雨篷、梁板的計算;繪制結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。 本設(shè)計的內(nèi)容涉及了建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)兩大方面,全面地包含了土木工程建工方向?qū)I(yè)所學(xué)知識,是一次全面的設(shè)計演練。同時,設(shè)計研究的內(nèi)容具有相當(dāng)?shù)纳疃群碗y度,是對設(shè)計人員的一次綜合考核。設(shè)計應(yīng)達(dá)到的技術(shù)要求為滿足實際施工要求,即所設(shè)計的內(nèi)容正確、可行。為此,設(shè)計過程中要以設(shè)計規(guī)范為準(zhǔn)繩,嚴(yán)格控制各設(shè)計內(nèi)容滿足規(guī)范和相關(guān)條例的要求。 限于時間和經(jīng)驗等方面的原因,在設(shè)計中難免有不盡合理和完善之處,敬請指正。 青島工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是一宿 舍樓的設(shè)計,包括建筑設(shè)計和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計兩部分內(nèi)容。本建筑東西長 50m,南北寬 25m,設(shè)置一道抗震縫(兼沉降縫和伸縮縫),各層層高均為 。 建筑設(shè)計是在總體規(guī)劃的前提下,根據(jù)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求,綜合考慮基地環(huán)境、使用功能、綜合選型、施工、材料、建筑設(shè)備、建筑藝術(shù)及經(jīng)濟(jì)等。著重解決了建筑物與周圍環(huán)境、建筑物與各種細(xì)部構(gòu)造,最終確定設(shè)計方案,畫出建筑施工圖。 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計是在建筑物初步設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)上確定結(jié)構(gòu)方案;選擇合理的結(jié)構(gòu)體系;進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)布置,并初步估算,確定結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件尺寸,進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)計算。結(jié)構(gòu)計算包括荷載計算 、變形驗算、內(nèi)力分析及截面設(shè)計,并繪制相關(guān)的結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖。本設(shè)計抗震設(shè)防烈度為 7度,設(shè)計地震分組為一組,抗震等級為 3 級;場地類別為 Ⅱ 類,只考慮橫向水平地震作用,選用橫向承重框架體系?;炷脸蚣苤捎?C45 外,其余均采用 C30;主梁、柱縱向受力筋和基礎(chǔ)鋼筋采用 HRB400 級鋼筋,樓梯梁、次梁、雨篷梁縱向受力筋采用 HRB335,其余均采用 HPB235 級。樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)平面的主梁沿橫向布置,次梁沿縱向布置,板、次梁均按考慮塑性內(nèi)力重分布設(shè)計??蚣茇Q向內(nèi)力分析采用彎矩二次分配法,水平內(nèi)力分析采用 D 值法。采用柱下獨立基礎(chǔ) 總之,適用、安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、使用方便是本設(shè)計的原則,兩部分空間合理,連接緊湊,主次分明,使建筑空間的舒適度加以提高。 關(guān)鍵詞: 框架結(jié)構(gòu); 建筑設(shè)計 ; 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 ; 柱下獨立 基礎(chǔ) 青島工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract This design is a scheme of a library building it includes two partsarchitecture design and structure building is 50 m through the long plane , and 25m through the short plane, and sets up 1 seismic joints (of the settlement joint and joints). the layers are high. The basic quakedegree design is quake design is for one group 、 seismic rating is for the three, and the square is Ⅱ .Olny considering the quake on the plane,it should be chosen for the planestrengthsetting system. Concrete adopts C45 for the column,and others abopt steel in the framework and the basement adopts HRB400, and in the beams of the stairs 、 secondary beam and flashing adopts HRB335,and others adopt HPB 235. The structure plane of the storey along the main girder in the transverse side and the subordinate girder along the lengthways subordinate girder according as the redistributing of the internal stratification of the use of internal forces, the second moment distribution method, the level of internal forces using D value method. The foundation is individual footing.
