【正文】 XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX UNIVERSITY 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 題 目 多車位轎車立體停車庫(kù) PLC 控制 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 英文題目 Design of a Multilayer Parking Garage Based on PLC Control Syetem 院 系 機(jī)械與材料工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 姓 名 XXXX 年 級(jí) 2020(機(jī)材 A0916) 指導(dǎo)教師 XXXX 二零 一四 年 六月 I 摘 要 立體車庫(kù)是專門(mén)實(shí)現(xiàn)各種車輛的自動(dòng)停放及科學(xué)寄存的存儲(chǔ)設(shè)施。 近年來(lái) 隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,城市人口日益增多,特別是隨著改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)進(jìn)入了汽車擁有率進(jìn)入急速上升時(shí)期。機(jī)械式立體車庫(kù)可充分利用地上資源,發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢(shì),最大限度地停放車輛,成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問(wèn)題的重要途徑。本 課題以較為典型的升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,綜合介紹了升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的運(yùn)行模式和操作模式。本課題以典型常見(jiàn)的地上 3 3 升降橫移式為例 ,說(shuō)明了停車庫(kù)的運(yùn)行原理。 本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外車庫(kù)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做了充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇三層三列式車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究模型。升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)就其組成部分而言,可分為三大部分:車庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)部分、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。本文簡(jiǎn)單介紹了車庫(kù)的主體結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),對(duì)車庫(kù)的控制系統(tǒng)也作了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明。依據(jù)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的運(yùn)行原理,運(yùn)用理論對(duì)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了全面的分析,包括升降 橫移式立體車庫(kù)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、橫移傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度和升降傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中軸的強(qiáng)度等。在對(duì)升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,采用了常用的的 PLC 控制,運(yùn)用三菱公司的編程軟件編制了升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)控制系統(tǒng)的程序,并經(jīng)調(diào)試、運(yùn)行,證明采用可編程序控制器 (PLC)作為控制系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單易行。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、快速、性價(jià)比高的特點(diǎn)使得控制系統(tǒng)更加穩(wěn)定可行。為了使停車設(shè)備滿足使用要求,根據(jù)國(guó)家關(guān)于機(jī)械式停車設(shè)備通用安全要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行,在升降橫移式立體車庫(kù)中采取了一些必要的安全技術(shù),這樣保證了車輛的 絕對(duì)安全,使得整個(gè)車庫(kù)可以安全平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行。 【 關(guān)鍵詞 】 : 立體車庫(kù);控制系統(tǒng); PLC;安全平穩(wěn) II Abstract Stereo garage is specifically implement check of vehicles automatic parking and scientific storage acilities. With the increasing of urban car ownership, parking problem has bee a mon phenomenon of large and mediumsized cities. Mechanical stereo garage can make full use of land resources, making full use of the advantages of space and maximize the parked vehicles, bee the important way to solve the problem of urban static traffic. This topic was typical to lift move transversely type parking equipment as the research object, considering the threedimensional garage dual factors of manufacturing cost and operation efficiency. Based on the garage at home and abroad present situation and the development trend on the basis of investigation and choose three layer three column type garage structure as the research model. Lifting and moving type stereo garage in terms of their ponent parts, can be divided into three parts: the garage structural parts, transmission parts and control system. This article simply introduces the main structure and characteristics of garage, the garage control system also made a simple description, based on threedimensional garage lifting and moving type, the operation principle of using the theory of threedimensional garage for lifting and moving structure has carried on the prehensive analysis, including the lifting of the frame transverse transmission system and elevator drive system of axial strength and so on. In III threedimensional garage for lifting and moving the design of control system, adopt advanced PLC control, by use of mitsubishi39。s programming software developed lifting and moving type threedimensional garage control system application, and the debugging and running, prove that using programmable controller (PLC) as control system is simple.
