1 底板零件的機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程 及銑床夾具設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 在生產(chǎn)過程中,使生產(chǎn)對象(原材料,毛坯,零件或總成等)的質(zhì)和量的狀態(tài)發(fā)生直接變化的過程叫工藝過程,如毛坯制造,機(jī)械加工,熱處理,裝配等都稱之為工藝過程。在制定工藝過程中,要確定各工序的安裝工位和該工序需要的工步,加工該工序的機(jī)車及機(jī)床的進(jìn)給量,切削深度,主軸轉(zhuǎn)速和切削速度,該工序的夾具,刀具及量具,還有走刀次數(shù)和走刀長度,最后計(jì)算該工序的基本時(shí)間,輔助時(shí)間和工作地服務(wù)時(shí)間。 機(jī)械工業(yè)是一種基本工業(yè)形式,對于我們國家來說,它關(guān)系到國計(jì)民生的方方面面。近年來機(jī) 械工業(yè)領(lǐng)域向著高精度、高質(zhì)量、高效率、低成本方向發(fā)展,數(shù)字化,自動化水平日益提高。同時(shí)由于機(jī)械工業(yè)的發(fā)展,其他各工業(yè)部門也向著高深度邁進(jìn),機(jī)械工業(yè)的發(fā)展日趨重要。 機(jī)械制造過程及檢測,檢驗(yàn)中,都要使用大量的夾具夾具是能夠使產(chǎn)品按一定的技術(shù)要求準(zhǔn)確定位和牢固夾緊的工藝裝置,它的主要用于保證產(chǎn)品的加工質(zhì)量、減輕勞動強(qiáng)度、輔助產(chǎn)品檢測、展示、運(yùn)輸?shù)?。因此,如何設(shè)計(jì)好機(jī)床夾具則成了機(jī)械制造的一項(xiàng)重要任務(wù)。 機(jī)床夾具是夾具中的一種,將其固定到機(jī)床上,可以使被加工件對刀具與機(jī)床保持正確的相對位置,并克服切削力的影響,使 加工順利進(jìn)行。機(jī)床夾具分為通用夾具和專用夾具兩種。 此次論文,主要是對普通 臥式銑床 上槽類零件的專用夾具進(jìn)行研究、分析。 關(guān)鍵詞: 工序 ; 工藝 ; 定位方案 ; 專用夾具; 臥式銑床 ; 2 Machining process planning of the bottom parts and milling fixture design Abstract: Enable producing the target in process of production (raw materials, the blank , state of quality and quantity on part bee always ) take place direct course of change ask craft course, if the blank is made, machining, heat treatment , assemble etc. and call it the craft course. Machinery industry is a basic industry, for our country, it is related to aspects of beneficial to the people39。s livelihood. In recent years the field of machinery industry towards high precision, high quality, high efficiency, lowcost development, digitalization, automatization level is improved. At the same time as the development of machinery industry, other industries are also facing high depth forward, the development of mechanical industry is being more and more important. Mechanical manufacturing process and testing, inspection, will use a lot of fixture. The fixture is to be able to make products according to the technical requirements of accurate positioning and tight clamping technology device, it is mainly used to ensure the product processing quality, reduce labor intensity auxiliary products detection, display, transportation etc.. Therefore, how to design the fixture has bee an important task of mechanical manufacturing. Machine tool fixture fixture in a, be fixed to the machine, can be processing tool and the tool to maintain the correct relative position, and to overe the effect of the cutting force, smooth processing.
