20xx 屆 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(論文) 題 目: 含局部減薄缺陷彎管的極限載荷研究 學(xué) 院: 機(jī)械與動力工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 過程裝備與控制工程 班 級: 控制 0904 班 姓 名: 崔鵬 指導(dǎo)教師: 周 昌 玉 起訖日期: — 20xx 年 6 月 南京工業(yè)大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 I 含局部減薄缺陷彎 管 的極限載荷研究 摘要 彎管是管道系統(tǒng)的主要構(gòu)件,在受壓管道系統(tǒng)中受載復(fù)雜,是系統(tǒng)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。局部減薄是彎管中常見的缺陷之一,國內(nèi)對此類缺陷的研究主要針對直管,對彎管的局部減薄的研究 偏 少,而且目前對局部減薄管道的研究也限于 內(nèi)壓、彎矩載荷作用下 , 對含局部缺陷壓力管道 受扭矩載荷作用 的極限載荷及失效評定卻少有研究,導(dǎo)致在實際工程應(yīng)用中對含局部 減薄 缺陷壓力管道 在扭矩 載荷作用下的失效評定缺乏理論依據(jù)。 本文采用有限元分析的方法 , 對內(nèi)壓、彎矩 、扭矩 作用下含局部減薄彎管的塑性極限載荷進(jìn)行了研究 , 詳細(xì)地研究了單一內(nèi)壓、單一彎矩 、單一扭矩 作用時局部減薄缺陷對彎管塑性極限載荷的影響 , 為 彎管局部減薄的工程評定提供依據(jù)。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和結(jié)論如下 : ( 1) 建立了含減薄缺陷彎管的三維有限元計算模型,給出了適合本課題需要的有限元前處理及計算程序。 ( 2) 對于承受內(nèi)壓的局部減薄彎管,影響其承載能力的主要是局部減薄的深度,軸向減薄長度的影響次之,環(huán)向減薄長度對承載能力影響最小 ; 對于承受面內(nèi)閉合彎矩的局 部減薄彎管,影響其承載能力的主要是環(huán)向減薄長度,局部減薄深度的影響次之,軸向減薄長度對承載能力影響最小 ; 對于承受扭矩的局部減薄彎管,影響其承載能力的主要是軸向減薄長度,環(huán)向減薄長度的影響次之,局部減薄的深度影響最小。 ( 3) 對外拱內(nèi)壁局部減薄彎管 ,有限元計算結(jié)果表明含局部減薄彎管在受到扭矩作用時,總是在受載處最先達(dá)到極限狀態(tài),局部減薄區(qū) 及 其它部位承載能力較均衡。 ( 4) 在有限元計算結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了含局部減薄彎頭在 單一 內(nèi)壓與 單一 彎矩作用下的安全評定方法。 關(guān)鍵詞: 極限載荷 彎管 局部減薄 扭矩 有限元分析 ABSTRACT II Limit Load Analysis of Elbow with Local Wall Thinning Defects ABSTRACT Elbows are often considered to be the critical ponents in a pipe system, which have to bear the plex loads and bee the weakest part of the pressure piping system. Local thinned area is one of mon defects in elbows. Many of literatures on research of LTA primarily addresses to application in straight pipe and less work relates to elbow. And at present, local wallthinning pipeline research is also limited to being under the action of internal pressure, bending moment. For local wallthinning pressure piping under the action of torque load, the limit load and failure assessment is less studied, resulting in the lack of theoretical basis on the failure assessment of pressure pipe with local wall thinning defect under the action of torque load in the practical engineering application. Finite element analysis was adopted in this paper. It studied the limit load analysis of elbow with local wall thinning defects under the action of single internal pressure, single bending moment, single torque, and studied in detail the effect of local wall thinning defects on the limit load. It provided LTA engineering evaluation with a strong this paper, the main research contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) This paper established the threedimensional finite element models of elbows with local wall thinning defects and given finite element preprocessing and calculation procedures suitable for this task. (2) For local thinning elbow under internal pressure, affecting its carrying capacity is mainly the depth of localized thinning, the axial length followed, the hoop length with minimal impact on the carrying capacity。 for local thinning elbow under closing moment, affecting its carrying capacity is mainly the hoop length of localized thinning, the depth followed, the axial length with minimal impact on the carrying capacity。 for local thinning elbow under torque, affecting its carrying capacity is mainly the axial length of localized thinning, the hoop length followed, the depth with 南京工業(yè)大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 III minimal impact on the carrying capacity. (3) For elbow with LTA in extrados, finite element results show that when elbow with local thinning subjected to torque, the loaded section is always at first to reach the limit state, and local thinning areas and other parts of the carrying capacity are more balanced. (4) On the base of the results of FEA, a safety assessment method for elbow with LTA under single internal pressure and single bending moment is proposed.
