The U disk style rich and colorful, the shell is multifarious, above the market out of the many kinds of usb flash drive, we choose this one U disk shell material (ABS) for mould design. Through the analysis and research, we consult relevant technical literature, selected materials and the related technical parameters, design the U disk shell disk is often used to store documents and data download a hightech products. U disk shape modelling is very much, we use this one beautiful shape of U disk shell mold design, due to market particularity, the process of production of U disk shell shape, mold design using the deadline for 10 years, batch production. The graduation design based on UG platform of injection moulds for U disk shell process analysis, this paper introduces the working principle of the injection mold, design principle and relevant applications. Analysis the mould structure design, select the appropriate injection
