榆林學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) Ⅰ 分類號(hào) 單位代碼 密 級(jí) 學(xué) 號(hào) * 學(xué)生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 題 目 基于 Pro/E的二級(jí)圓柱齒輪減速器 設(shè)計(jì)造型 作 者 LXT 院 (系 ) 化學(xué)與化工學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 過(guò)程裝備與控制工程 指導(dǎo)教師 D R 答辯日期 2020 年 5 月 26 日 摘 要 減速器是一種用途十分廣泛且比較典型的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置,在原動(dòng)機(jī)和工作機(jī)或執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)之間起匹配轉(zhuǎn)速和傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩的作用。 本設(shè)計(jì)是一臺(tái)二級(jí)圓柱齒輪減速器,完成了齒輪設(shè)計(jì)、軸設(shè)計(jì)、齒輪及軸強(qiáng)度校核等計(jì)算工作,并且采用 Pro/E 三維造型和裝配,使設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果得到最直接的體現(xiàn)。 初步建立了 一臺(tái)減速器的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),采用此方法實(shí)現(xiàn)一臺(tái)減速器,可縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期,節(jié)約設(shè)計(jì)成本,提高設(shè)計(jì)正確性,對(duì)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量具有一定意義。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 減速器 ; Pro/E; 三維造型 ; 模型裝配ABSTRACT III Modeling of Two Cylindrical Gear Reducer Based on Pro/E ABSTRACT The reducer, widely and typically used, is one of mechanical transmission devices. It plays a role in matching speed and transmitting torque between the prime mover and working machine or the implementing agency. This paper is about the design of a twocylinder gear reducer, including the design of gear, the design of shaft and the strength check of them. With threedimensional modeling and assembly by Pro/E, the results have the most direct manifestation. By the initial establishment of this parametric design system, the program can devise a reducer, shorting the design cycle, saving design costs, and subjoining the accuracy of it. It is the great significance to improve product quality.
