【正文】 Unit 4 How do you get to school? 課堂 教 學設計 Section A Period 1 (1a—— 2d and Grammar Focus) 一．教材分析 Unit4的主要話題是 “transportation”,它與我們學生的日常生活緊密聯系，生活離不開 “行 ”，因此本單元就是學習描述人們日常出行的主要方式，學習一般現在時，一個生活中離不開的時態(tài)。 Section A第一課時 :以聽說為主，利用多媒體感受語言，通過聽和看圖來確定或描述人物的出行方式， 教材以 How do you get to school?為中心話題，圍繞“ traffic way” 展開，運用一般現在時。 Section A與學生的實際密切相關，易于引發(fā)學生用英語進行交際交流，完成聽說讀寫的任務活動 ,重點掌握和熟練應用 How do you get to school? How long does it take? 及其答語等句型。 二．教學目標 1． 語言知識目標 掌握有關交通的詞匯，如 take the subway/train, ride the bicycle, go by bus/boat/plane, go on foot, transportation, bus stop, train station， kilometer, mile, river以及其它一些詞匯。 掌握由 How 引導的特殊疑問句及其答句： How do you get to school? I ride my bike. How long does it take? It takes about forty minutes. 2． 語言技能目標 學會談論交通工具； 學會恰當安排行程， 并合理選用交通工具。 3． 情感態(tài)度目標 讓學生感受到他們學習英語是為了在現實生活中進行交流，而不單純是為了英語課和應付考試而學習 ,了解東西方國家出行方式的不同，以及不同的交通規(guī)則 ,教育學生注意交通安全 , 加深對交通知識的了解。 4. 學習策略目標： 要求學生采用自主學習 ,合作學習等方式、根據需要進行有目的預習； 改變傳統(tǒng)的死記硬背，積極主動的投入到語言的實踐中去，用英語去思考問題，在實踐中提高語言的綜合使用能力，加深對基礎知識的掌握和記憶， 通過小組猜測、討論、對話、游戲等多種形式，讓學生在活動 中、游戲中、合作與交流中快樂地學習。 5. 文化意識目標：中外交通規(guī)則差異 三 .教學方法 1 交際法和情景法教學。 2 以學生為中心和任務型教學，采用多媒體輔助教學 ,引導各層次學生自主學習。 四 .教學重點和難點 How do you get to school?
