【正文】 畢業(yè) 設計說明書 題 目 : 互 助青稞酒酒廠設備管理信息系統(tǒng)設計 姓 名 : 蘇寧 學 號 : 1030502020 指 導 教 師 : 李蓓 專 業(yè) 年 級 : 信息管 理與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè) 2020 級 所 在 院 系 : 財經(jīng)學院管理科學與工程系 完 成 日 期 : 2020 年 5 月 答 辯 日 期 : 2020 年 6 月 9 日 互助青稞酒酒廠設備管理信息系統(tǒng)設計 摘要 隨著市場的不斷擴大 ,產(chǎn)量日益增加以及產(chǎn)品品種的不斷增多 ,設備規(guī)模也 不斷擴大。如何有效分析設備歷史故障而采取措施來有效地維護設備、管理設備成為企業(yè)面臨的重要問題。建立一套適用于流程型企業(yè)的設備管理信息系統(tǒng) ,對于企業(yè)的發(fā)展有著積極而現(xiàn)實的作用。通過建立設備管理信息系統(tǒng) ,在設備管理工作中全面應用計算機進行綜合管理 ,提高設備管理工作質(zhì)量、效率和現(xiàn)代化程度 ,輔助企業(yè)經(jīng)營目標的實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)根據(jù)互助青稞酒酒廠實際情況結(jié)合使用者要求 ,完成了系統(tǒng)主要模塊的開發(fā)工作 ,實現(xiàn)了流程化系統(tǒng)的開發(fā) ,對設備的整個生命周期進行維護記錄 ,通過數(shù)據(jù)積累完成對設備生命周期內(nèi)的重要數(shù)據(jù)的分析、監(jiān)控工作 ,方便操作人 員對設備的監(jiān)控。同時完成的人員權(quán)限劃分和臺賬功能，使整個系統(tǒng)得到更好的應用。系統(tǒng)以設備管理理論和管理信息系統(tǒng)理論為依據(jù) ,綜合考慮流程型企業(yè)設備管理的特點 ,并且結(jié)合互助青稞酒酒廠設備管理實際 ,進行了互助青稞酒酒廠設備管理信息系 統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)嚴格遵循系統(tǒng)開發(fā)規(guī)范 ,在對系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務功能需求和非功能需求做了深入調(diào)研分析的基礎上 ,首先選擇系統(tǒng)開發(fā)工具 ,確定了系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)環(huán)境 ,即系統(tǒng)采用 Visual Basic ，使用 BASIC語 言進行源代碼編寫，應用 SQL Server 2020作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)。 為了保證系統(tǒng)的可靠性和安全性， 系統(tǒng)是利用 BASIC語言 采用結(jié)構(gòu)化生命周期法開發(fā)的單機系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定可靠 ,可提高設備管理的效率 ,降低設備管理的成本 ,使設備發(fā)揮其應有的效能 ,從而保證企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的順利進行和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標的有效實現(xiàn)。作為設備管理信息系統(tǒng) ,具有一定的理論價值和推廣價值。 關鍵詞 :數(shù)據(jù)庫，設備管理，流程型企業(yè)，信息系統(tǒng) HUZHU DESIGN OF HIGHLAND BARLEY WINE WINERY EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM ABSTRACT With the continuous expansion of the market, yield increased and increased product variety, scale is also expanding.
