The CDM’s aims are twofolds: 清潔發(fā)展機(jī)制，是 基于京都議定書(shū)， 針對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家溫室氣體減排而建立的一種項(xiàng)目機(jī)制。清潔發(fā)展機(jī)制的目標(biāo)分為兩 方面 ： ?
