As a high efficient gas dust collector equipment, large scale bag filter is used more and more widely. The current studies of large scale bag filter are mainly focused on process aspects. But rarely on steel structure. With the price of steel rising, the mechanical performance and steel consumption of steel structure of large scale bag filter became an increasingly prominent problem. This paper may give and cut cost for design some direction to economize steels amp。 manufacture departments so that preferable economic benefit would appear. Through finite element analysis software ANSYS, the shell of the ash bucket for modeling, the parameters of the grid, load and material properties such as the parameters of finite element analysis based on the results of optimization of the ash bucket using a whole based on the various parts of the suboptimize the stepbystep approach. Optimization results showed that the total mass of ash bucket reduced to , saving material , optimizing the overall effect. In this paper, bag filter for the largescale structure of the design, calculation and optimization provides a reference for the establishment of its highly efficient design of highprecision analysis method of great significance.
