畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū) 基于 PLC 分揀系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 專(zhuān)業(yè) @2 學(xué)生姓名 @2 班級(jí) @@ 學(xué)號(hào) @@ 指導(dǎo)教師 @@ 完成日期 鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) (2020) 基于 PLC 分揀系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 : 隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來(lái)越激烈,因此各個(gè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)都迫切地需要改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)技術(shù),提高生產(chǎn)效率,尤其在需要進(jìn)行材料分揀的企業(yè),以往一直采用人工分揀的方法,致使生產(chǎn)效率低,生產(chǎn)成本高,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力差,材料的自動(dòng)分揀已成為企業(yè)的唯一選擇。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,利用 PLC 技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了一種成本低,效率高的材料自動(dòng)分 揀裝置,在材料分揀過(guò)程中取得了較好的控制效果。 物料分揀采用可編程控制器 PLC 進(jìn)行控制,能連續(xù)、大批量地分揀貨物,分揀誤差率低且勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大大降低,可顯著提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。而且,分揀系統(tǒng)能靈活地與其他物流設(shè)備無(wú)縫連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)物料實(shí)物流、物料信息流的分配和管理。 其設(shè)計(jì)采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、模塊化的組裝,具有系統(tǒng)布局靈活,維護(hù)、檢修方便等特點(diǎn),受場(chǎng)地原因影響不大。同時(shí),只要根據(jù)不同的分揀對(duì)象,對(duì)本系統(tǒng)稍加修改即可實(shí)現(xiàn)要求。 PLC 控制分揀裝置涵蓋了 PLC 技術(shù)、氣動(dòng)技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)、位置控制技術(shù)等內(nèi)容,是實(shí)際工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)設(shè) 備的微縮模型。 應(yīng)用 PLC技術(shù)結(jié)合氣動(dòng)、傳感器和位置控制等技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)不同類(lèi)型材料的自動(dòng)分揀控制系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的靈活性較強(qiáng),程序開(kāi)發(fā)簡(jiǎn)單,可適應(yīng)進(jìn)行材料分揀的彈性生產(chǎn)線的需求。 這篇論文 主要介紹了 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件設(shè)計(jì),以及一些調(diào)試方法。本論文采用三菱 FX2N 系列的 PLC 實(shí)現(xiàn)控制 分揀 裝置的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。主要內(nèi)容是在工藝要求的基礎(chǔ)上,首先進(jìn)硬件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),然后再進(jìn)行梯形圖的編程,并對(duì)梯形圖 中關(guān) 鍵步驟 進(jìn)行 了解 釋和說(shuō) 明。 最后 在 三菱 PLC 學(xué)習(xí) 軟件FXTRNBEGC 仿真軟件進(jìn)行了仿真研究 ,通過(guò)仿真結(jié)果, 說(shuō)明硬件和軟件編制的正確性。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 分揀 ; PLC;三菱;電氣自動(dòng)化 鹽城工學(xué)院本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū) (2020) PLCbased sorting system design Abstract: With the continuous development of increasingly fierce market petition, the various production panies are therefore an urgent need to improve production technology, improve production efficiency, especially in the need for material sorting business in the past has been using manual sorting methods , resulting in low productivity, high production costs, the petitiveness of enterprises is poor, automatic sorting of materials has bee the only option. In response to these problems, the use of PLC technology to design a lowcost, high efficiency materials automatic sorting device, material sorting process achieved good control effect. Sorting of materials using programmable controllers PLC control, continuous, large quantities of cargo sorting, sorting error rate is low and the labor intensity greatly reduced, can significantly improve labor productivity. Moreover, the sorting system can be flexibly connected seamlessly with other logistics equipment, to achieve real materials logistics, materials distribution and management of information flow. The design uses standardized, modular assembly, having a flexible system layout, maintenance, overhaul and convenient features, subject to site causes little impact. Meanwhile, as long as the object depending on the sorting, the system requires little modification can be realized. PLC control sorting device covers PLC technology, pneumatic technology, sensor technology, position control technology and other content, is the actual industrial field production equipment miniatures. Application of PLC technology bined with pneumatic, sensors and position control technology, the design of automatic sorting of different types of materials control system. Strong flexibility of the system, program development easy sorting of materials can be adapted to flexible production line requirements. This paper introduces the PLC control system hardware and software design, as well as some debugging methods. In this thesis, Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC sorting device for control system design. Main contents are based on the requirements in the process, the first advanced hardware system design, and then the ladder programming, and the key steps of the ladder explanation. Finally learning software in Mitsubishi PLC FXTRNBEGC simulation software for the simulation, the simulation results illustrate the correctness of hardware and software development.
