111 學(xué) 號: HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 說 明 書GRADUATE DESIGN設(shè)計題目: 學(xué)生姓名:專業(yè)班級:學(xué) 院:指導(dǎo)教師: 摘 要I摘 要萘是有機化學(xué)工業(yè)的重要原料,是煤焦油中含量最多,提取價值很高的重要組分,廣泛用于生產(chǎn)染料、增塑劑、合成纖維、橡膠、樹脂和各種化學(xué)助劑等。本文結(jié)合單爐雙塔工藝對年處理 12 萬噸焦油加工廠工業(yè)萘制取工段進行了設(shè)計,首先由泡點法確定初餾塔和精餾塔的塔頂、塔底的操作壓力和溫度。計算塔的工藝負荷,確定塔的塔板數(shù),有效高度和直徑。初餾塔塔徑為1600mm,塔高為 35500mm。精餾塔塔徑為 1200mm,塔高為 27900mm。經(jīng)過工藝比較選用浮閥型塔板并對其進行流體力學(xué)驗算,塔板均選用 VⅠ型浮閥塔板。其次,對塔進行機械校核塔的設(shè)計,使其滿足當?shù)氐淖匀粭l件和設(shè)計條件。最后通過熱量衡算計算出換熱器和管式爐的換熱量并進行了選型,選用原料與工業(yè)萘換熱器型號為 G600Ⅳ。酚油冷凝器選用 S=4m2 換熱器即可,工業(yè)萘冷凝器選用 S=25m2 換熱器即可,管式爐的型號為 。并在15/?此基礎(chǔ)上畫出主要設(shè)備裝配圖、工藝流程圖及車間設(shè)備平面布置圖。關(guān)鍵詞:工業(yè)萘;單爐雙塔工藝;物料衡算;熱量衡算AbstractIIAbstractNaphthalene is an important anic chemical industrial raw materials,the content of coal tar is the most important to extract highvalue ponents.It is widely used in the production of dyes,plasticizers ,synthetic fiber,rubber ,resin and chemical additives.In this paper,single furnace twin columns process has been studied,120220 tons tar processing industry39。s naphthalene preparation section of the preliminary design has determined.
