.....................................................................................................................................................371摘要：遠程教育是指師生憑借媒體所進行的非面對面的教育。隨著信息時代的到來，人類知識更新的周期越來越短。如何使教學、培訓能滿足不同地點和不同學習時間人們的需要，傳統(tǒng)的面對面教育方式在這方面已經(jīng)力不從心。在這種情況下，現(xiàn)代遠程教育應運而生，它的優(yōu)點在于使學生在時間和空間并不統(tǒng)一的情況下，能與教師進行交流并完成學習任務。計算機輔助教學（CAI ）與 Inter 技術(shù)的有機結(jié)合，使基于網(wǎng)絡的現(xiàn)代遠程教育成為現(xiàn)代教育發(fā)展的新趨勢。網(wǎng)絡教學平臺主要為老師和學生提供網(wǎng)上教與學的方便，教師可以通過該系統(tǒng)發(fā)布教案，布置/批改作業(yè)，發(fā)布公告和答疑解惑。學生可以通過該系統(tǒng)完成自學，向老師提出問題，跟老師和其他同學討論，查詢作業(yè)和成績等。網(wǎng)上教學平臺彌補了傳統(tǒng)教育的低速低效率的缺陷，使教學過程網(wǎng)絡化，創(chuàng)建知識學習的新途徑，網(wǎng)上教學平臺會推動電子化學習發(fā)展與應用!現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展，使得基于 WEB 技術(shù)的網(wǎng)絡多媒體教學平臺成為現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)改革與發(fā)展的方向。本文分析了網(wǎng)絡教學平臺的技術(shù)特點，主要對基于WEB 技術(shù)的網(wǎng)絡多媒體教學平臺的設(shè)計思路以及主要技術(shù)的實現(xiàn)方法進行了一些探討。關(guān)鍵詞：遠程教學管理系統(tǒng)；B/S With the arrival of the information time, the cycle of the human knowledge renews is more and more short.
