【正文】 湖 北 汽 車 工 業(yè) 學 院 畢 業(yè) 論 文摘要隨著電控燃油噴射技術(shù)的發(fā)展和維修認識水平的不斷提高，現(xiàn)代轎車中在對裝有電控燃油噴射發(fā)動機的汽車進行維修時，使用故障診斷儀對發(fā)動機電控單元（ECU）進行檢測，并根據(jù)ECU存儲的故障代碼進行檢修，大多數(shù)能判明故障可能發(fā)生的原因和部位，會給維修人員的工作帶來很大的方便。然而，在對汽車維修時，若僅僅靠故障代碼尋找故障，往往會出現(xiàn)判斷上的失誤。實際上，故障代碼僅僅是ECU認可的一個是或否的界定結(jié)論，不一定是汽車真正的故障部位，因此，在對汽車進行維修時應綜合分析判斷，結(jié)合汽車故障的現(xiàn)象來尋找故障部位。并且有很多故障是不被ECU所記錄的，也就不會有故障代碼輸出，遇到這種情況時，最為可行的辦法就是使用故障診斷儀進行數(shù)據(jù)流的檢測，研究發(fā)動機靜態(tài)或動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)狀況，從而找出故障所在[1]。關(guān)鍵詞：靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)流，電控發(fā)動機，故障診斷，故障排除 AbstractWith the development of electronic control fuel injection technology and repair the understanding level of the continuous improvement，with the electronic control fuel injection engine automobile repair in the modern car，unit fault diagnosis instrument for engine electronic control (ECU) were detected，and maintenance according to the fault code ECU storage，most can cause and the site of marshaling failure may occur of，will bring great convenience to the repair work.
