湖 北 汽 車 工 業(yè) 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 論 文摘要隨著電控燃油噴射技術(shù)的發(fā)展和維修認(rèn)識(shí)水平的不斷提高,現(xiàn)代轎車中在對(duì)裝有電控燃油噴射發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的汽車進(jìn)行維修時(shí),使用故障診斷儀對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控單元(ECU)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),并根據(jù)ECU存儲(chǔ)的故障代碼進(jìn)行檢修,大多數(shù)能判明故障可能發(fā)生的原因和部位,會(huì)給維修人員的工作帶來(lái)很大的方便。然而,在對(duì)汽車維修時(shí),若僅僅靠故障代碼尋找故障,往往會(huì)出現(xiàn)判斷上的失誤。實(shí)際上,故障代碼僅僅是ECU認(rèn)可的一個(gè)是或否的界定結(jié)論,不一定是汽車真正的故障部位,因此,在對(duì)汽車進(jìn)行維修時(shí)應(yīng)綜合分析判斷,結(jié)合汽車故障的現(xiàn)象來(lái)尋找故障部位。并且有很多故障是不被ECU所記錄的,也就不會(huì)有故障代碼輸出,遇到這種情況時(shí),最為可行的辦法就是使用故障診斷儀進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)流的檢測(cè),研究發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)靜態(tài)或動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)狀況,從而找出故障所在[1]。關(guān)鍵詞:靜態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)流,電控發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),故障診斷,故障排除AbstractWith the development of electronic control fuel injection technology and repair the understanding level of the continuous improvement,with the electronic control fuel injection engine automobile repair in the modern car,unit fault diagnosis instrument for engine electronic control (ECU) were detected,and maintenance according to the fault code ECU storage,most can cause and the site of marshaling failure may occur of,will bring great convenience to the repair work. However,in the automotive repair,if only by the fault code to find fault, often can appear off error. In fact,the fault code is only a ECU accredited yes or no definition of conclusion,not necessarily the fault position,the car really so,in the repair of the car should be prehensive analysis, bined with the automobile fault phenomenon to find the fault position.
