【正文】 遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療 學(xué)院：信息工程學(xué)院 班級：11級信工（二）班姓名：學(xué)號： 構(gòu)建居家老年健康管理系統(tǒng)的可行性研究【摘要】 隨著社會老齡化速度加快，使得傳統(tǒng)的醫(yī)藥服務(wù)模式受到了極大的挑戰(zhàn)，同時也為新興的居家健康管理創(chuàng)造了開闊的發(fā)展前景。然而，現(xiàn)行遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療的發(fā)展和配套政策的限制，使得居家健康管理系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建和整合的效果并不顯著。本文主要探討老年居家健康管理系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)涵及內(nèi)容，分析當(dāng)前居家健康管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，論證這一系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建的可行性以及推動居家健康管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展，從而降低醫(yī)療成本，加強(qiáng)對自身健康狀況的了解以及促進(jìn)積極持續(xù)的自我健康管理?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】居家健康管理；老年人；慢性??；物聯(lián)網(wǎng)；遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療【Abstract】 With accerleration of aging process of population, a severe challenge has been posed to our nation’s tranditional health care service mode. Meanwhile, telehome health management industry is floursing . Due to the limitation of telemedicine development and supporting policies, however, effect of integration and construction of telehealth management system for the elderly is not satisfactory. Here we probe into intension of telehome health management system for the elderly, analyze the significance of its development, and demonstrate the feasibility to construct this system, with a purpose to promote the development of telehome health management service and reduce general cost of healthcare, to deepen the understanding of personal health condition and promote positive and persistent health selfmanagement.【key words】telehome
