【正文】 會計咨詢與會計服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展對策研究摘 要會計服務(wù)包括審計、驗(yàn)資、會計信息、咨詢等業(yè)務(wù)，會計咨詢與會計服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)是注冊會計師基于扎實(shí)的會計知識、會計業(yè)務(wù)技能、會計法律等為企業(yè)提供的專業(yè)性服務(wù)，為企業(yè)經(jīng)營者提供準(zhǔn)確真實(shí)的會計信息。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和改革，企業(yè)經(jīng)營者為了經(jīng)營和發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)利益最大化，迫切需要有關(guān)金融方面的信息和會計咨詢服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)，這種需求正是注冊會計師能夠提供的服務(wù)，這在很大程度上可以幫助企業(yè)經(jīng)營者減少和避免錯誤的經(jīng)營決策。但是，目前我國的會計咨詢與會計服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)還存在很多問題， 本文首先確定了選題的研究背景、研究內(nèi)容和研究方法，然后提出了我國會計咨詢和會計服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的理論綜述，進(jìn)而提出了我國當(dāng)前的會計咨詢業(yè)務(wù)的幾種業(yè)務(wù)類型，闡述了當(dāng)前我國會計咨詢業(yè)務(wù)面臨得現(xiàn)狀以及問題，進(jìn)而提出了完善我國會計咨詢和會計服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的對策。關(guān)鍵詞：會計咨詢；會計服務(wù)；現(xiàn)狀；對策研究AbstractAccounting services including audit, capital verification, accounting information and consulting business accounting, consulting and accounting services is a registered accountant solid knowledge of accounting and accounting business skills, accounting law based on professional service provided by the enterprise, provide accurate real accounting information for enterprise managers.
