【正文】 摘要蓮子為藥、食兩用品種，近年來在醫(yī)藥、保健、食品等方面用量大增。在以蓮子為原料加工干果制品時脫殼作業(yè)是一項十分重要的前處理工序。我國現(xiàn)在蓮子的脫殼都是采用手工操作。勞動強度大。近年來，隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人們生活水平的提高，和對食品質量要求變高，以往的手工操作遠不能滿足現(xiàn)代水果加工的需求，研制一種新的脫殼機構是蓮子加工業(yè)的前景所趨。蓮子脫殼機的一般工作過程為：蓮子的喂入、定位、切削與脫殼、成品與下腳料的分別收集。由于蓮子的外形并非規(guī)則形狀． 因此在機械加工時，采用蓮子的外形進行定位、夾持，不能保證蓮子核的中心線刀具的中心線重合，定位會出現(xiàn)偏差，增加了蓮子的破碎率和脫殼的不凈率。通過對部分蓮子品種的物理結構研究，設計導向機構定位方式，保證蓮子喂入時的定位精度。 針對當前蓮子脫殼機存在的問題，綜合各類水果脫殼機優(yōu)點，設計出了經(jīng)濟型的蓮子脫殼機，主要包括：送料機構、輸送機構、彈性支撐機構、刀具移動機構，各機構動作協(xié)調，脫殼率高，對實現(xiàn)我國脫殼自動化有深遠的意義。關鍵詞：蓮子、彈性支撐、自動化、脫殼機 ABSTRACTIn recent years Lotus seed, in medicine, health care,as food consumption soar for medicine, food and varieties.
