Its role is to put the piston reciprocating linear motion into rotary motion and the effect on piston gas pressure bee torque, used to drive machinery and diesel engines each auxiliary system to work. Crankshaft under changing pressure at work, the inertial force and their moment, therefore requires the crankshaft has high strength, stiffness big, wearability, shaft neck surface processing size accurate, reliable and lubrication.This paper is divided into four main parts: the first part of this article, namely the introduction part, mainly introduces the diesel engine, the crankshaft, the research status at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized and evaluated. As the summary of this graduation design, advantages and disadvantages, etc.This design is according to the technical requirements of the processing of the crankshaft, the mechanical parts design, and then according to the basic principle and method of internal bustion engine design, proposed design of crankshaft, plete structure design. Main work includes: map parts, understand the ponents of the structure features and technical requirements。 Mapping the general layout and main assembly parts.Keywerds: internal bustion engine。engine。crankshaft。designII1 緒論 研究背景柴油機(jī)與汽油機(jī)相比其燃料、可燃混合氣的形成以及點(diǎn)火方式都不相同，而柴油機(jī)采用壓縮空氣的辦法提高空氣溫度，因此柴油機(jī)的功率更大、經(jīng)濟(jì)性能更好，這也導(dǎo)致柴油機(jī)工作壓力大，要求各有關(guān)零件具有較高的結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度和剛度。曲軸是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中最重要的零件之一。它的尺寸參數(shù)不僅影響著發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的整體尺寸和重量，而且也在很大程度上影響著發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的可靠性與壽命。因?yàn)榍S的破壞事故可能引起發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)其它零件的嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞，在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)中，曲軸的改進(jìn)也占有重要地位。隨著內(nèi)燃機(jī)的發(fā)展與強(qiáng)化，曲軸的工作條件越來越惡劣了。因此，曲軸的強(qiáng)度和剛
