江陰澄通港區(qū) 5 萬(wàn)噸級(jí)泊位 江陰澄通港 3 萬(wàn)噸級(jí)新建碼頭工程 楊雪 (河海大學(xué)交通學(xué)院海洋學(xué)院 江蘇 南京) 摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)為江陰澄通港 5 萬(wàn)噸級(jí)新建碼頭工程設(shè)計(jì)。內(nèi)容包括四個(gè)部分,即碼頭設(shè)計(jì)工程中的資料分析、碼頭總平面布置、碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)的初步設(shè)計(jì)及技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)需達(dá)到初步設(shè)計(jì)的要求,并對(duì)指定構(gòu)件達(dá)到施工詳圖的要求。 根據(jù)該碼頭的營(yíng)運(yùn)資料和自然條件,進(jìn)行了碼頭的總平面布置,碼頭總長(zhǎng) 281米,樁臺(tái)寬 ,設(shè)三條引橋,陸域面積 。裝卸工藝主要為門(mén)機(jī),牽引平板車(chē),叉車(chē)和輪胎吊。 根據(jù)碼頭的用途及其上的作用,初步確定了碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)的兩種設(shè)計(jì)方案,第一種方案為傳統(tǒng)的縱橫梁不等高連接,面板擱置于縱梁的形式;第二種方案為縱橫梁等高連接面板擱置于橫梁的形式。經(jīng)過(guò)比選確定第一種方案為推薦方案。 根據(jù)第一方案進(jìn)行了技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)面板進(jìn)行了配筋計(jì)算。同時(shí)運(yùn)用 PJJS電算軟件進(jìn)行了橫梁內(nèi)力計(jì)算,并根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)施工期和使用期配筋及結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度計(jì)算和裂縫開(kāi)展寬度驗(yàn)算。 設(shè)計(jì)成果包括計(jì)算書(shū)、說(shuō)明書(shū)和三張大圖(碼頭平面布置方案 圖、碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)斷面圖、橫梁配筋圖)。 New harbor program of Chengtong Harbor of Jiangyin Yangxue (College of traffic and ocean, Hohai University, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China) Abstract This programdesigning is the new harbor program of Jiangyin .The whole manual consists of four parts, which are analyzing the data, disposing the collectivity of the new harbor, redesigning the structure and designing the concrete technique. According to the material of the working environment and natural environment, I dispose the collectivity of the new harbor: the size of the harbor is:281m has three approach bridges. According to the use of the harbor and the force on it, I draw out two schemes. After paring, I choose the first scheme and designed constructional stability calculation and all kinds of internal force and strength calculation.
