泰 山 學(xué) 院本科畢業(yè)論文基于PLC的數(shù)控車(chē)床自動(dòng)送料控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)所 在 學(xué) 院 機(jī)械與工程學(xué)院 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 名 稱(chēng) 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)制造及其自動(dòng)化 申請(qǐng)學(xué)士學(xué)位所屬學(xué)科 工 學(xué) 年 級(jí) 二〇一一級(jí)(3+2) 學(xué)生姓名、學(xué)號(hào) 鄭玉坤 2011170249 指導(dǎo)教師姓名、職稱(chēng) 陳宏圣 副教授 完 成 日 期 二〇一三年五月 摘 要隨著社會(huì)科技的發(fā)展,數(shù)控車(chē)床已成為機(jī)械加工的基本方法之一,它主要用于加工軸類(lèi)和盤(pán)類(lèi)零件。數(shù)控車(chē)床既能夠生產(chǎn)加工尺寸很小的零件,又能夠制造諸如汽車(chē)連軸器、壓力容器封頭等一類(lèi)的大型零件;既能夠加工一般尺寸公差等級(jí)和形狀的零件,又能夠制造精密(公差在微米級(jí))和復(fù)雜形狀的零件。數(shù)控車(chē)床具有生產(chǎn)率高、加工成本低、操作簡(jiǎn)單、便于實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化與自動(dòng)化等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此在汽車(chē)、機(jī)械、電機(jī)、航天航空、兵器等生產(chǎn)和發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。本設(shè)計(jì)是結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)中所用的數(shù)控車(chē)床裝卸工件仍由人工完成,不僅勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、生產(chǎn)效率低,而具有一定的危險(xiǎn)性,已經(jīng)完全不能滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。為了提高工作效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,并使數(shù)控線(xiàn)發(fā)展成為柔性制造系統(tǒng),以其更適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代機(jī)械自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的要求,針對(duì)具體生產(chǎn)工藝,結(jié)合機(jī)床的實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu),利用機(jī)械手技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)用一臺(tái)PLC控制的自動(dòng)送料機(jī)械手代替人工工作,以提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。關(guān)鍵字:數(shù)控,機(jī)械手,自動(dòng)送料ABSTRACTWith the development of society and technology, numerically controlled lathe which is mainly used in the process of axles and disc parts, has been one of basic approaches of machining operation. Numerically controlled lathe can both produce and process small size parts and manufacture large parts like car shaft device and pressure vessel end socket. Besides, it can not only process parts of general dimensional tolerance level and shape, but also produce parts of precise (micro order of tolerance) and plicated shape. Numerically controlled lathe has many advantages。 for example, it has high rate of production, low processing cost and simple operation. And it can also benefit to realize mechanization and automatization. Therefore, it attaches great importance to the production and development of automobile, machinery, electrical machine, aerospace aviation and weapons and so forth.The employed numerically controlled lathe in our actual factory production still needs manual work to load and unload artifacts, which has large labor intensity, low efficiency of production and certain risk. So it has been pletely unable to meet the trend of production automation. This project bines with these realities and the actual structure of tools, making use of mechanical arm technology controled by PLC。 to employ an automatic feeding manipulator to replace manual work in order to improve work efficiency, lower production cost, make numerical controlled wire development to turn into flexible manufacturing system and make it more adapt to the requirements of modern mechanical automation.
