【正文】 第 1 頁 摘要 隨著建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展，不同結(jié)構(gòu)，不同功能的建筑以不同的形式展現(xiàn)在大眾的視線中，伴隨而來的是多樣的施工組織應(yīng)用其中，同時(shí)為響應(yīng)國家“綠色建筑”的號(hào)召，也為建筑施工企業(yè)提出更高的要求。 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及土建造價(jià)的確定作為“陜汽辦公樓”施工指導(dǎo)性文件，直接體現(xiàn)施工過程的經(jīng)濟(jì)性、先進(jìn)性。本文件的編制著重通過 “ 量 ” 來體現(xiàn) “ 質(zhì) ” ，同時(shí)在設(shè)計(jì)中通過應(yīng)用到“價(jià)值工程”進(jìn)行方案的確定、“贏得值”控制進(jìn)度與造價(jià)，通過 BIM 技術(shù)進(jìn)行信息管理，應(yīng)用 “ 雙代號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖 ” 及 “ 橫道圖 ” 進(jìn)行工期的優(yōu)化控制。 本工程通過結(jié)合不同的手段進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，不緊在建筑施工產(chǎn)業(yè)化的道路上留下了足跡，同時(shí)也是為今后先進(jìn)管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)踐做了大膽的探索。 關(guān)鍵詞： 施工方案、進(jìn)度控制、工程造價(jià) 第 2 頁 Abstract With the development of the construction industry, different structures, different functions of the building in different forms to show in public sight, acpanied by the construction of a variety of applications in which the anization, as well as in response to the national green building the call, but also for construction enterprises put forward higher requirements.
