摘 要本次課程設(shè)計的主要目的是用電子電路設(shè)計與實驗熱水鍋爐溫度控制器。讓其實現(xiàn)在623時內(nèi)85℃以下一、二號爐開始工作并報警, 105℃以上一、二號爐停止工作并報警,冷卻至95℃一號爐開始工作,且在此期間用LED顯示溫度和工作時間。本次主要用到的方法是用電壓比較器實現(xiàn)模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換、用計數(shù)器實現(xiàn)控制電路和記錄工作時間、用一系列的門電路實現(xiàn)一定的邏輯功能;借助Mulitisim軟件進(jìn)行電路仿真,再在實驗室連接元器件實現(xiàn)設(shè)計要求。設(shè)計的結(jié)果是可以讓一、二號爐在特定的溫度和時間下按規(guī)定工作,同時溫度顯示和記錄工作時間來輔助控制器的工作。有效的控制鍋爐工作大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率,也可以起到控溫的作用,在實際生活中有重要的實踐意義。關(guān)鍵詞:鍋爐;溫度;計時;運算電路。AbstractThe main purpose of this course design is to use hot water boiler temperature control electronic circuit design and experiment.
