While in the process of being qualified and certified to NDE Level requested by him, an individual shall be considered a trainee. The trainee shall not independently conduct, interpret, evaluate or report of any NDE operation. 無損檢測人員的資格等級，即Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ級。無損檢測人員在考核、確認期間應看作學員，不能單獨從事任何無損檢測工作。 NDE Level I Examiner無損檢測Ⅰ級人員An NDE Level I Examiner shall be qualified to properly perform specific calibrations, specific tests, and specific evaluations for acceptance or rejection determinations according to written Instructions and to record results. The NDE Level I Examiner shall receive the necessary instruction or supervision from a certified NDE Level Ⅱor Ⅲ Examiner. Ⅰ級無損檢測人員應能按照書面工藝卡正確執(zhí)行指定的校準、試驗和有關(guān)驗收與拒收的工作，并能記錄試驗結(jié)果。無損檢測Ⅰ級人員應得到已取得資格的無損檢測Ⅱ或Ⅲ級人員必要的指導或監(jiān)督。 NDE Level II Examiner　無損檢測Ⅱ級人員An NDE Level II Examiner shall be qualified to set up and calibrate equipment and to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable code, standards, and specifications. The NDE Level II shall be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which he is qualified and shall exercise assigned responsibility for onthejob training and guidance of NDE Level I personnel. The NDE Level II shall be able to organize and report the results of examinations. 無損檢測Ⅱ級人員應能按有關(guān)規(guī)范、標準和規(guī)程調(diào)整和校準設(shè)備；解釋和評定試驗結(jié)果。Ⅱ級人員應熟悉已被批準的試驗方法的適用范圍和局限性，并負責Ⅰ級人員(學員)的在職培訓和指導。Ⅱ級人員應能編制報告和評定檢測結(jié)果。 NDE Level III Examiner　無損檢測Ⅲ級人員An NDE Level III Examiner shall be capable of, establishing, verifying and approving procedures, interpreting codes, standards, specifications, and procedures。 and designating the particular NDE methods, techniques, and procedures to be used. The NDE Level III shall be responsible for the NDE operations for which qualified and assigned and shall be capable of interpreting and evaluating results in terms of existing codes, standards, and specifications. The NDE Level III shall have sufficient practical background in applicable materials, fabrication, and product technology to establish techniques and to assist in establishing acceptance criteria when none are otherwise available. The NDE Level Ⅲ shall have general familiarity with other appropriate NDE methods，as demonstrated by an ASNT Level III 不basic examination or other means. The NDE Level Ⅲ ,in the methods in which certified, and shall be capable of training and examining NDE Level I and Ⅱ Examiners for certification in those methods. 無損檢測Ⅲ級人員應能制定、驗證和批準規(guī)程；解釋規(guī)范、標準、技術(shù)條件和工藝規(guī)程；確定檢驗對象的檢測方法、技術(shù)和檢驗方案；Ⅲ級人員應能負責被批準和被指派的無損檢驗操作，并能依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的規(guī)范、標準和規(guī)程，對檢驗結(jié)果進行解釋和評定；Ⅲ級人員對有關(guān)材料、生產(chǎn)和制造工藝具有足夠的實踐經(jīng)驗，以便制定試驗方法和在沒有標準的情況下協(xié)助制定驗收標準。Ⅲ級人員應熟悉在美國無損檢測協(xié)會（ASNT）的基礎(chǔ)考試中出現(xiàn)其它適宜的無損檢測方法或其它檢測手段。已經(jīng)持有相應方法的Ⅲ級人員應能對Ⅰ級和Ⅱ級人員進行培訓和資格鑒定考試。3 Qualification Requirements for NDE Personnel無損檢測人員資格鑒定要求 Personnel being considered for certification in nondestructive testing shall have sufficient education, training, and experience to ensure understanding of the principles and procedures of those methods of testing in which they are being considered for certification. 對考慮要確認的無損檢測人員，應受到充分的教育、 培訓，并具有足夠的實踐經(jīng)驗，以確保他們懂得要被確認的檢驗范圍原理和操作工藝。 Personnel being considered for qualification examination must carry on a vision examination specified in Para. 8.
