1 / 55分類號 F30 學校代碼 10129 U D C 338 學 號 08208023 現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)運營績效評價體系研究——以鄂爾多斯市萬通農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)為例A Study on the Evaluation System of Operating Performance to Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Area——Based on the Erdos Wan Tong Agricultural Science and Technology Area申 請 人:許毅強學科門類:管理學 學科專業(yè):技術經(jīng)濟及管理 研究方向:技術經(jīng)濟 指導教師:劉秀梅 教授 論文提交日期:二〇一二年六月摘 要農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)對我國發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),推動傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)不斷走向現(xiàn)代化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化起到了重要作用。對農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)的運營情況進行評價,使得園區(qū)發(fā)展有具體目標的約束和指標考核,對最大限度地促進園區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和充分發(fā)揮園區(qū)的示范帶動作用具有現(xiàn)實的應用價值。本文在對農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)的發(fā)展背景、內涵以及特點介紹的基礎上,依據(jù)構建運營績效綜合評價體系應遵循的一系列基本原則,通過實地調研,運用經(jīng)濟學、管理學以及生態(tài)學等學科相關理論建立了一套具有普適性的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)運營績效綜合評價指標體系,并運用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法相結合的方法對鄂爾多斯市萬通現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū)進行了實證分析,指出了該園區(qū)目前的運營現(xiàn)狀以及制約其發(fā)展的主要問題,同時針對問題提出了相應的發(fā)展對策。關鍵詞:農(nóng)業(yè)科技園區(qū);評價指標;層次分析法3 / 55A Study on the Evaluation System of Operating Performance to Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Area——Based on the Ordos Wan Tong Agricultural Science and Technology AreaAbstractAgricultural science and technology area plays an important role for developing the modern agriculture, promoting the modernization and industrialization of traditional agriculture. Evaluating the operating performance of area has a factual value to promote its sustainable development and plays an exemplary and leading role.This paper, based on the background, connotation and characteristics of modern agricultural science and technology area, according to a series of basic principles which should be followed in building the evaluating system of operating performance, establishes a prehensive and reasonable evaluation index system on the operating performance of modern agricultural science and technology area by onthespot survey and using the knowledge of economics, management science and ecology theory. In addition, the paper, by empirical analysis to the Odors Wan Tong Agricultural Science and Technology Area, points out its current status and the main problems which restrict its industrialization, meanwhile puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.Key words: Agricultural Science and Technology Area。 Evaluation Index。 Analytic Hierarchy ProcessDirected by: prof.
