【正文】 井岡山大學學士學位論文 密級： JINGGANGSHAN UNIVERSITY本科畢業(yè)論文（設計）題目 鋪網(wǎng)機中電機正反轉控制 學 院 機電工程學院 專 業(yè) 電氣工程及其自動化 班 級 08電氣本（1） 教 務 處 印 制III鋪網(wǎng)機中電機正反轉的控制[摘要]非織造布工業(yè)被譽為紡織工業(yè)中的“朝陽工業(yè)”，近幾年我國的非織造布行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，但是我國非織造布生產(chǎn)的關鍵設備交叉鋪網(wǎng)機的水平卻遠遠低于世界先進水平，已經(jīng)成為我國非織造布行業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸。在深入分析、處理、總結三江無紡布公司無紡布生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)實際應用中的經(jīng)驗的基礎上，推導建立了交叉鋪網(wǎng)機的運動學模型，給出了其運動控制解決方案，為保證產(chǎn)品的質量，小車采用S曲線加減速，為其高速平穩(wěn)運行提供保障。選定交叉鋪網(wǎng)這部分進行深入探討，從滿足生產(chǎn)要求和產(chǎn)品質量這一基本點出發(fā)，提出控制正反轉策略，通過PLC控制改變電機正反轉，從而提高生產(chǎn)效率，改善產(chǎn)品質量。[關鍵詞] 無紡布；交叉鋪網(wǎng)機；電正反轉控制；PLCDesign of Motor’s Reversion Control Used in Cross Lapper MachineCandidate：Liang LuoSupervisor：Jiehui Zou[Abstract]Nonwovens industry is known as the textile industry in the sunny industry, in last few years of China nonwovens industry development is rapid, but China nonwovens production of key equipment of level is far lower than the advanced level in the world, China has bee the bottleneck of the development of nonwoven industry. In depth analysis, processing, summary Sanjiang nonwoven nonwoven production pany system practical application based on the experience, this paper establishes crosslaying machine kinematics model, and gives its motion control solutions, to ensure the quality of the products, car uses the S curve acceleration and deceleration, for its high speed and stable operation of protection.
