【正文】 摘 要根據(jù)對(duì)河北省唐山市馬蘭莊鐵礦礦石性質(zhì)的研究結(jié)果以及對(duì)類(lèi)似選廠的考察，設(shè)計(jì)馬蘭莊鐵礦選礦廠。該設(shè)計(jì)為一次建廠，建廠規(guī)模為年處理量 60 萬(wàn)噸原礦石，根據(jù)地形考察報(bào)告設(shè)計(jì)為依山坡建廠，破碎位于同一等高線，主廠房依山坡地勢(shì)而建。礦石為中等硬度，原礦最大粒度為 500mm，含水量為 2%，含泥量小于 1%。采礦廢石混入 10%。密度 噸/立方米，松散度 。采用三段一閉路破碎流程。為了達(dá)到更好的選礦效果，采用階段磨礦階段選別的流程。原礦品位 30%，經(jīng)過(guò)四次磁選后精礦品位可達(dá)到 66%，回收率為 85%，產(chǎn)率為 %?？偼顿Y為 萬(wàn)元，預(yù)計(jì)投資回收期為 年。關(guān)鍵詞：馬蘭莊鐵礦，磨礦，磁選AbstractAccording to the inspection of Malanzhuang iron ore in Tangshan, Hebei Province, nd the nature of the findings of similar election plant inspection, design Malanzhuang iron ore concentrator.
