噸新聞紙?jiān)旒堒囬g的初步設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求，經(jīng)過(guò)調(diào)研和論證，確定了工藝參數(shù)和工藝流程，進(jìn)行了漿水平衡的計(jì)算，完成了設(shè)備的選型，繪制了車間平面布置圖、立面布置圖 ，完成了全廠總平面布置，編寫了設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書。在工藝方面，以 DIP（60%）及 TMP（40%）的混合漿料做為造紙?jiān)瓭{，通過(guò)配漿、加填、除渣、篩選、上漿、上網(wǎng)、壓榨、干燥、壓光、卷取等工序抄造出定量為 45 g/m2 的新聞紙。設(shè)計(jì)參考了南紙公司的生產(chǎn)工藝，紙的各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)均達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在設(shè)備方面，采用了稀釋水流漿箱、夾網(wǎng)造紙機(jī)、生產(chǎn)定量為 45g/m2 的新聞紙，以適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求。漿料的混合選用配漿池；除渣篩選選用：606 型除渣器、旋翼篩等設(shè)備；損紙回用設(shè)備有：盤磨機(jī)以及圓網(wǎng)濃縮機(jī)。保證了漿料符合上網(wǎng)要求的同時(shí)能提高回用率。在全廠及車間布置方面，車間面積為 2916 m2，其中車間長(zhǎng)度為 162m，車間跨度18m，高度為 18m。廠內(nèi)運(yùn)輸采用裝載機(jī)、叉車等運(yùn)輸設(shè)備。車間內(nèi)運(yùn)輸采用行車、小車等運(yùn)輸設(shè)備。關(guān)鍵詞:新聞紙 造紙車間 工藝平衡計(jì)算 平面布置 設(shè)備選型IIAbstractThis preliminary design of papermaking workshop produced 400 tones newsprint daily has been finished. According to the requirement of design program, after the investigation and demonstration, the technological parameters and processing have been confirmed, after calculating Pulp and White Water Equilibrium, the type of the device has been determined, then when the plane arrangement chart and facade arrangement chart of workshop have been drew out, the general layout of the plant can be finished, and finally the design manuals has been piled.At the facet of the processing, the mixed slurry of DIP（60% ）and TMP（40%）was used as papermaking raw pulp, after the working procedure of pulp ration making, addition, residueremove, filtration, sizing, meshwork, squeezing, drying, calendaring , reeling , newsprint with 45 g/m2 ration can be produced.
