Therefore, the state attaches great importance to the realization of triple play, promote the information industry development as a new growth engine, launched a series of new policies and measures, in this context, the ordinary people 39。s lives have been greatly changed. This paper introduced the triple play concept and the development background, to explain why the need for three works convergence.
