水利工程經(jīng)濟評價分析(已修改)

【正文】 1，可利用水資源不足，城鎮(zhèn)供水緊張，能源短缺，生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化等重大問題，都與水有密切聯(lián)系。水資源的充分開發(fā)利用成為當代社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的 重大課題 。水 利工程一般規(guī)模大，技術復雜，工期較長，投資多， 如何準確的科學的對一項水利工程建設項目進行經(jīng)濟評價是工程得以實現(xiàn)的基本前提。同時，也為建設項目方案的比選決策提供了科學可靠的依據(jù)。 本文以現(xiàn)有水利工程經(jīng)濟學知識為基礎，以小水電工程及城鎮(zhèn)供水工程為例，對現(xiàn)有小水電工程及城鎮(zhèn)供水工程的經(jīng)濟評價作了比較全面的分析和闡述?？偨Y了我國水利工程經(jīng)濟評價中比較常用的幾種方法，并結合實例經(jīng)濟評價進行分析，總結，并對現(xiàn)有水利工程經(jīng)濟評價中存在的問題提出自己的觀點 。 關鍵字 ： 水 利工程 經(jīng)濟評價 小水電工程 城鎮(zhèn)供水 工 Abstract The current world， most countries present the population growth to be excessively quickly, may use the water resources to be insufficient, the cities water supply is intense, the shortage of energy, the ecological environment worsening and so on major issue, has close contacting with the water. The water resources full development uses into the present age socioeconomic development the important issue. The hydraulic engineering general scale is big, the technology is plex, the time is long, invests much, how does the accurate science carry on the economic evaluation to a water conservancy project is the basic premise which the project can realize. At the same time, also pared to chose the decisionmaking for the items of basic construction plan to provide the science reliable basis.
