畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)東芝復(fù)合機(jī)碳粉濃度傳感器初探(K2)摘 要傳感器一種物理裝置或生物器官,能感受規(guī)定的被測量件并按照一定的規(guī)律轉(zhuǎn)換成可用信號的器件或裝置,通常由敏感元件和轉(zhuǎn)換元件組成。傳感器是一種檢測裝置,能感受到被測量的信息,并能將檢測感受到的信息,按一定規(guī)律變換成為電信號或其他所需形式的信息輸出,以滿足信息的傳輸、處理、存儲、顯示、記錄和控制等要求。它是實現(xiàn)自動檢測和自動控制的首要環(huán)節(jié)。為了通過PPC復(fù)印機(jī)及激光打印機(jī)等穩(wěn)定獲得清晰的圖像,始終將碳粉(色素粉末)和載體(磁性粉末)配比保持在最佳狀態(tài)是非常重要的。TDK的可編程碳粉傳感器是以將兩者的配合比始終保持在適當(dāng)程度為目的而開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品,可以通過利用與配合相對應(yīng)的直流輸出電壓維持最佳狀態(tài)。本課題介紹了TDK公司的碳粉濃度/余量傳感器的基本工作原理,闡述了TDK公司的碳粉濃度/余量傳感器的特點,以及在東芝復(fù)合機(jī)中的應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞:TDK、碳粉濃度、傳感器AbstractThe sensor of a physical device or biological organs, can be provided to the feelings of measurement and according to certain rules can be used to convert the signal of the device or devices, usually by the sensor and conversion ponents.
