I / 40摘 要熱處理是機(jī)械工業(yè)的一項(xiàng)重要基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)，通常像軸、軸承、齒輪、連桿等重要的機(jī)械零件和工模具都是要經(jīng)過(guò)熱處理的。熱處理對(duì)于充分發(fā)揮金屬材料的性能潛力，提高產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量，節(jié)約材料，減少能耗，延長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品的使用壽命，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益都具有十分重要的意義。正所謂“工欲善其事,必先利其器 ”，那么也就必須給熱處理一個(gè)良好的環(huán)境及先進(jìn)設(shè)備，總的來(lái)說(shuō)就是一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)得當(dāng)?shù)臒崽幚碥囬g。設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容整個(gè)熱處理車間的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。從熱處理車間的分類和特性、熱處理車間生產(chǎn)任務(wù)、工作制度及年時(shí)基數(shù)、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、熱處理設(shè)備的選擇與計(jì)算、車間設(shè)備組織與布置、熱處理車間建筑物與構(gòu)筑物、車間動(dòng)力和輔助材料消耗量計(jì)算、熱處理的生產(chǎn)安全與環(huán)境保護(hù)、熱處理車間人員定額、熱處理車間的建設(shè)投資及技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)等方面，對(duì)熱處理車間進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。從熱處理技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀和水平，掌握其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，大力發(fā)展先進(jìn)的熱處理新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新設(shè)備，用高新技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)的熱處理技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)“優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效、節(jié)能、降耗、無(wú)污染、低成本、專業(yè)化生產(chǎn) ”的方向上設(shè)計(jì)熱處理車間。關(guān)鍵詞： 熱處理車間； 熱處理設(shè)備； 熱處理工藝； 設(shè)計(jì) II / 40AbstractHeat treatment is an important foundation for mechanical industrial technology, as is usually shaft, bearings, gears, mechanical linkage, and other important parts and molds were required to take the heat treatment.
